Athena raises her head from her phone to look at her mother who is pouring coffee, sitting across from her. Thena puts her phone on the table, shrugging her shoulders, under a small mischievous smile from Blake who doesn't answer anything.
- It's just a guy talking bullshit, so that made me laugh, that's all. Said the teenager before swallowing a mouthful of cereal, while her mother hummed, nodding her head gently.
- Who's talking shit? Asks Ryan, Athena's father as he enters the kitchen.
- A boy, apparently.
Ryan abruptly turns his head towards his daughter, raising his eyebrows, under a small laugh from his wife.
- What boy?
- Okay, I'm leaving. Athena sighs as she grabs her bowl of cereal and her spoon, joining her brother on the sofa playing fifa on the PlayStation. Bellingham sent me a dm.
- Damn, that took him months. Walker responds, not taking his eyes off the video game. What did he say?
- Pick up line. But that was funny. I'll show you later.
Twenty minutes later, when Walker has finally finished his fifa game, Athena gives him her phone to show him the messages she exchanged with Jude. Walker cringes as he reads the footballer's pick-up line, while his big sister pays him no attention, searching for a tv show on Netflix to watch. Walker glances at Athena, before typing on the phone keypad and hitting the "send" key.
- Don't thank me. Says the young actor, lying on the sofa, putting his sister's phone on his chest.
- What? What did you do?
Athena retrieves her phone and widens her eyes at the message her brother sent to Jude.
ATHENAREYNOLDS don't you want to talk by message instead? insta sucks

- Hey! Someone has to take charge of your love life!
Athena throws a pillow in her laughing brother's face, hiding his face with his arms for protection. Athena's phone rings, telling her that Jude has indeed texted her with his number. The teenager sighs as she presses a pillow to her face, very uncomfortable with the turn of events.
