You are roommates with Wednesday and Enid who are poles apart. You just want to read comfortably in silence but Wednesday's loud typing and Enid's snoring will not let you complete your story in peace. So you decide to ask Xavier for help cause he is a guy who never turns down anyone if he is capable of helping. You knock on his door and he opens, he's in his nightdress. "Hey y/n watcha doing here this late?" "Um the thing is I really wanna read this book in a quiet place but my roommates are very disturbing plus I don't wanna be found lurking anywhere or our dorm mom Thornhill is going to be upset." "So you're asking me for help?" "It seems so." "Then say 'please'." "Haha, you always help people without a 'please' so why am I being treated differently? " "Do you want to complete that book or not?" "Okay. Please..... be a good boy and help a friend in need," you say giving him your most innocent face. "Damn, how could I say no to that?" You start blushing instantly and clear your throat to get back to your senses and bring him back too. "Okay, I know a place you would love if you want to read." He leads you to the Edgar Allen Poe statue and stands behind you. "Why did you bring me here?" you ask. He leans in to your ear and whispers, "snap twice." You do as you are told ignoring his breath near your earlobe. To your surprise the bird's wings move and the statue recedes to reveal an entrance. You gasp a wow. Xavier and you enter there and down a staircase and you look around with such happiness while he just stares at you. "This is elite!! I feel left out that I didn't know about this before," you pout. "Hey y/n, cmon, be grateful atleast." So you sit on the floor beneath a sconce to read and Xavier sits beside you. "You're not going to leave?" "Nope, you need to be with a member of this club, The Nightshades" You nod not wanting to make a fuss about you not being included in the club but start reading. It starts getting cold as it is almost midnight. Xavier sees that you almost start shivering while your nose and ears turn pink. He chuckles and wraps an arm around you. Now your whole face turns pink. But you like it and so you snuggle into him while reading and finish your book contently. You sleep still embraced in his arms and he kisses the top of your head.
