Neteyam pov
Uitani is showing the family that just came and me and Lo'ak are behind them. "Uit you don't need to show me the place, I already remember where everything is" Uit what kind of nickname is that, Ani is way better.
"If you say so. You guys can go ahead I'm gonna go with Neteyam and Lo'ak" I sort of smiled "actually I think I forgot some places" he immediately said.
"So what is between you two" Tikil asks "we're lo-" "we're friends!" Ani immediately said when I realized I was just about to blurt out lovers.
"Ah ok do you plan on going with someone to the feast?" To many questions, "yeah" we all immediately turn to Uitani not Lo'ak though he doesn't seem surprised.
"Who?" I ask intrigued "with that kid" she points at Lo'ak, when was this!. "She's kidding calm down" Lo'ak rolls his eyes, "of course I knew that, why would she go with a demon kind" I hear him whisper to his friend.
Uitani pov
I'm in the cave with Neteyam laying down with him. "What's with you and that Tikil?" He doesn't look at me in the eyes, "nothing really we've just known each other when we were kids" it came to me "wait are you jealous?" I tease him.
"No! no I'm not" he gets up, "mhmm sure.. neteyam you have nothing to be jealous about" I sit up next to him.
"I do not like him that way, but I see you that way" I move to kiss the side of his face instead he moves his head and kisses me with his whole lips.
"Who do you plan on going with to the feast?" He stops kissing me, I cup his face in my hands "we can sneak out to here if you want" I smile at him he doesn't smile back.
"that's not the answer to my question" "I plan going alone if I'm not able to go with you but like I said we can sneak out if you want" I kiss his head.
Oh goodness I'm really sensitive to people touching me and now someone is kissing me like he might eat me up, I let out many small noises that I didn't think were very..you know.
Neteyam pov
I'm walking outside with Lo'ak and Tsireya I'm basically the third person, their just giggling with each other. Wey'lin the second son of the fa'lan family randomly comes in their conversation.
"Tsireya let's go somewhere" he grabs Tsireya hand which then Lo'ak breaks it. "Dude what was that for" what brings his hands up, "nothing really you just can see that Tsireya doesn't want to come with you" he fake smiles at wey'lin. That's my brother.
"Tsireya?" Wey'lin then tilts his head, Tsireya slowly grabs Lo'ak wrist with two fingers she doesn't answer back but doing that gave the answer.
As he was leaving "really a freak kind" he mumbles, "watch what you say lin" Ani comes in front of him.
The sun is starting to set, two more days until the dance. "Uitani will you go to the feast with me?" Ta'kil says which then all of my siblings and Ani siblings look her way, "uhm I- well you see I sorta am going with someone" she scratches her neck he asks who. "Him" a finger pointing
