Chloe sat in Monica and Rachel's apartment with everyone apart from chandler "does anyone know where my brother is" Chloe asked as she stood next to Joey who shrugged
"this is so cool, you guys. The entire city is blacked out!" Rachel said
"Mom says it's all of Manhattan, parts of Brooklyn and Queens, and they have no idea when it's coming back on" Monica said
"Wow, you guys, this is big" Rachel said as Monica stood on the phone to her mom
"Pants and a sweater? Why, mom? Who am I gonna meet in a blackout? Power company guys? Eligible looters? Could we talk about this later? OK" Monica said as she hangs up as the phone as Chloe looked to her and chuckled
"Can I borrow the phone? I want to call my apartment and check on my grandma....What's my number?" Phoebe said
"Well, I never call me" Phoebe said
"She has a point" Chloe said

Chloe looked as Joey enters with a menorah, the candles lit.
"Hi everyone" Joey said
"What the..." Chloe said as she looked up from the chair she was sitting on
"And officiating at tonight's blackout, is Rabbi Tribbiani" Ross said
"Well, Chandler's old roomate was Jewish, before Chloe and I moved in and these are the only candles we have, so... Happy Chanukah, everyone" Joey said
"Eww, look. Ugly Naked Guy lit a bunch of candles" Phoebe said as she stood at the window as everyone walked to the window
They all look at the window, grossed out, then flinch in pain.
"That had to hurt!" Rachel said
