Kotori just hit Y/n at the top of their head, they let her and stayed silent.
Kotori: What's gotten into you?! I told you it was too dangerous!
Y/n:...Sorry...
Kotori seemed a little moved.
Kotori:...I thought of letting you continue but Tokisaki Kurumi is too unstable. Stay away from her from now on.

They stayed like that for a while.

Tamae: Hm? Tokisaki-san isn't here today again? Is she still unwell?
Y/n looked toward her seat, worried.
Y/n: Kotori, do you know something about that?
Reine: Sorry, honey. Kotori had some urgent business. But we don't know why Tokisaki Kurumi hasn't showed up today.
In an abandoned building.
Mana: The Ratatoskr organisation. I can't believe you, Kyōdai and Nii-sama are working for such an organisation.

Y/n: What's going on?!
Kotori: Could you not underestimate me? Deus Ex Machina Industries is a private military corporation that supplies every military and police force, except for Ratatoskr, with Realizer units. You're a dispatch employee in the AST right now, aren't you?
Mana: An "evil corporation"? I don't think I can let that one go. The corporation gave me a reason to live after I lost my memories. I owe them everything.
Kotori: Are you serious, after what they've done to you?
Mana: What are you talking about?
Kotori: *Remembers* (Reine: I performed an analysis on the saliva from Takamiya Mana's cup. Extreme amounts of magical energy have been infused into various parts of her body. I don't think she'll live longer than another ten years.)
Kotori: *Shocked* Could it be that you have no idea?
Both their phone then rang and they picked up.
Kotori: It's me. What's the problem?
