Skip is Phantom

• physicalities– using Chip and Fenton as a rubric

Skip and Phantom don't immediately look similar. Headcanon-wise, that's the point; he's in disguise. However he's identical to Chip with the only difference down to the voice actor being that he's his palette swapped counterpart

An original piece of evidence I had was that it looked like the two had powers: Skip using flight and Chip using "teeth–" ecto–rays

An original piece of evidence I had was that it looked like the two had powers: Skip using flight and Chip using "teeth–" ecto–rays. I've since scrapped this however due to the headcanon that they were hiding in plain sight–wouldn't reveal their abilities- and only Phantom would have the powers in their situation. I ended up chalking it up to special effects since the scene took place on a very obviously choreographed talk show.

• personality; interests, emotional states, and relationships

Personality wise, Skip and Phantom are both very cocky, playful, oftentimes arrogant and angry. Phantom has blatantly said that he'd like to take out his anger on his enemies and Skip seems to be the same way.

Skip only appears for a few minutes in one episode, so it's hard to pin point interests. It does seem he takes great pride and interest in looking and acting his best, however he tends to hyper fixate on such and obsess over it, similar to Phantom's behavior in "Identity Crisis." They certainly admire themselves the same way when doing so.

Going back to his relationship with Chip, Brad Cuspidor states once on "Teeth TV" that Skip's "been living in Chip's shadow for like, ever

Going back to his relationship with Chip, Brad Cuspidor states once on "Teeth TV" that Skip's "been living in Chip's shadow for like, ever." This could be a nod at Phantom having to hide his identity as Fenton for so long.
