"I'm available on Dec 31, call me up again if you need me," she kissed me on the lips before winking. I smirked and held her waist before letting her go.
Narinig ko ang pagsara ng pinto. Sinandal ko ang kamay sa kama bago bumuga ng usok. My white dress shirt is slightly open revealing my chest. Pinagpatuloy ko ang paninigarilyo bago tiningnan ang sarili sa salamin.
"Another score for Valencia," I chuckled and stood up to finish the remaining cigarette.
I went inside the shower and started to remove my clothes. I took a quick shower before going to the kitchen, about to cook myself some breakfast. Laking gulat ko lang at may nakahanda na rito.
My phone rang. Pinulot ko muna ito sa living room dahil naiwan ko ito sa sahig kagabi sa pagmamadali. The woman last night is so damn aggressive, she almost did all the work if I didn't just find a way to top her.
"What's up, fucker?" I chuckled darkly upon answering Santi's call.
"Nasan ka, tanga?"
"I'm in Aslanda towers. Met someone last night," I heard him cuss. Tsk, and what makes him any different?
I heard his deep sigh. "Are you coming with us? We'll go to Zambales. Gusto ng mga babae na dito mag new year. Alam mo namang nasa Ilaria ang mga magulang natin. We have freedom to do what we want..."
I grabbed a cigarette and stared at my lighter. Pinailaw ko ito pero hindi sinindihan ang sigarilyo.
"Nandyan na kayo?"
"Uh, huh. Si Drake susunod daw. Sabay na kayo."
I tsked. "Baka dala ang girlfriend?"
"Hindi... di raw. Uuwi raw ang girlfriend sa probinsya. They're just spending their time together now before he heads here..."
Ngumuso ako at binuksan ang Instagram, gamit ang isa ko pang cellphone. I checked my following. I remember knowing a girl from Zambales...
"Alright, I'll be there. Nandyan na ba si Mireia?"
"Yes, and I got to warn you, bro. The Cordova guy has been pestering her for days. Maski ako naiinis na rin..."
"Chill the fuck up, bro. Let her date. Hindi naman tayo si Mersiella Montereal para pagbawalan siya." I chuckled.
I heard him groan. "Sige, pumunta ka ha! Tama na muna ang babae!" binabaan niya na ako.
I shook my head as I continued to scroll in IG. Napatigil ako sa isang babae. I see, she hadn't followed me back ever since I followed her.

She doesn't have any posts but a picture of a cat at isang beach sa Zambales. She doesn't even have pictures of herself.
But I've seen her in person. Nakilala ko siya noon sa isa sa mga klase ko sa Brierwell. That was before I decided to go to military school instead.
I decided to message her again. Alam kong di sasagot ito, pero what's a challenge without a challenger, right?
