You had recently moved to Portugal for reasons that your sister was also here. You had gotten yourself a nice house for yourself with the help of your sister. Your sister was a model who had gotten into multiple famous runways with other popular models. Your sister had always been there for you through the tough times, especially with your parents. She was also friends with the entire Portugal National team since she was childhood friends with one of the team members. You however were the total opposite. You never got interested in fame or anything related to being famous. You finished high school but decided to not go to college since your mental health was shitty at the moment.
Currently, it was 7pm. You were just watching television while drinking your third energy drink of the day. You knew it was bad but, it was the only thing keeping you up. Just then, your phone rang. It was your sister. "What do you want Georgina" "hey little sister, so the Portugal team is having dinner before going to Qatar for the World Cup soooo" "I'm not going" "y/n come on you never come out, just this one time? Please?" You sighed over the phone before agreeing. "Yay! Okay so I'll send you the address. Be here by 8. See ya!" Was all she said before hanging up. You finished up your energy drink before taking a shower.
You had a bit of extra time once you got out the shower to do some simple make up and picked a black sparkly dress that went above your knee and some black platform ankle strap pumps. Once you were done, it was 7:55. You got your car keys and left the house. It was a 10 minute drive to get to the place. You noticed it was a fancy restaurant and all the people there had formal attire so, you were proud you dressed exactly for the occasion. Your sister was already waiting for you outside the restaurant and she spotted you quite easily. She rolled her eyes at you before going in for a hug. "Five minutes late Nena" you just scoffed before hugging her back. "Nothing serious". She stepped back and looked at you. She smiled like a proud sister "you look so beautiful y/n, gosh" you smiled at her before she led you into the restaurant.
You immediately spotted the team since they were all laughing and they were at the biggest table in the restaurant. "Guys, this is my sister, y/n" everyone smiled at you and greeted you. One of them in specific caught your eye. You guys made eye contact for a second before he looked away. "You good y/n?" Asked your sister as she sat down. You nodded at her and sat down next to her. "Hey y/n? Wanna sit here there's room here" said one of the teammates, pointing at the seat next to him which was also a seat in front of the guy you made eye contact with. You looked at your sister for a reply and she nodded at you and gave you a small smile. You then went to the other side of the table and sat down.
The rest began having their own talk that you weren't interested in listening to. You took out your phone and stared scrolling through your Instagram. You realized your followers had gone up. You sighed knowing that more people were realizing that you were sisters with the Georgina. "So, you're sisters with Georgina" you looked up from your phone and noticed it was the guy who had asked you. You nodded. "Yeah, she's my older sister" "mm" you just scoffed and looked back down at your phone. "What a way to respond" "just let it go" you said and have him a glare. He glared back "why are you even here we only invited Georgina" "hey João shut it" "you know what.." you said before standing up. "I'm out of here thanks" you said before walking away. You heard your sister and the team asking you to come back but you ignored them.
You then heard heels running towards you and you knew it was your sister. "Georgina I'm not going back" "y/n don't mind him" "I'm not gonna stay there if he's gonna be an ass the whole time, I'd rather get some bomb cheap pizza which is way better" you said. Your sister just sighed. "I'm sorry y/n I didn't know he would react like that. But one more thing y/n" "what" you sister sighed before continuing
"y/n the whole Qatar game. I'm going and you're coming with me I got us the tickets the place were staying at everything so lm just letting you know we're leaving in two days" you rolled your eyes at her. You didn't like it when she planned things without telling you. "Are you serious Georgina" you sighed but you couldn't say anything. Everything is already bought and you felt bad. "Fine, but don't make me go near João" she smiled slightly and nodded. She said her goodbyes before going back to the restaurant.
Once you got home, you undressed and put on pajamas before ordering some pizza. Just then your phone vibrated, indicating you had a notification.
