Mrs. Kim has tears in her eyes while handling the trousers and hanbok she personally made for her daughter...

Yes, she wants her to wear a hanbok, like any other boys in their town.. no one should know that her son is a woman and an omega, no one should know this. It's not like she want a son than a daughter

She has a good reason for hiding her true identity

"But mom, I don't want any of this.. why you always insists it to me. I'm not a boy you'd like me to be"
The young omega whines pouting her lips but her Mom doesn't have time for her tantrums, she needs to wear it for tonight's festival of lanterns

"Don't make me force you to wear it! I made it myself so you have to be grateful and wear it!"  She warns and hope her daughter will obeys her. The young girl knows even her mom raised her voice talking to her she never raise her hand on her

"You promised me last time.. You'll let me wear my jeogori chima"
The young omega protest raised the hanbok in front of her

"i know but it was last year, it doesn't fit you anymore, this one is new" she said tricking her to wear it right away

She sighs standing up to wear it inside the washroom but still pouting after she came out. Her mom comes to her to fix her front running a hand to strengthen it

"There.. isn't it nice, it suits you, my son is so handsome"
She said now fixing her short hair that got out of place

"But I'm not a boy" she whines more looking away from her but the older woman holds her in place making her face her

"Look at me.. you're growing up now and I'm might not be always with you.. there will come a time that I'll be gone and i want you to promise me. You will never let anyone know that you're a girl. You're a man. You'll act like a man, stronger than a man. Promise me"

Her mom tears up afraid of what will happen to her daughter if she acts reckless

"Mom..." 

"Promise me Kim Taehyung. You're a boy and you'll grow up like a man. Promise me"
She held her chin forcing her to say the words and the little girl nods crying

"Yes mama.. i.. i promise...you"

The woman hugs her tightly

"you will be alright.. you're gonna be alright"

Chatters can be heard outside their small house indications that the festival has begun. The whole place lightened up with a lot of vendors and games starts on the sidewalk and the girl got excited once again

She wipes her tears and put up a boxy smile for her Mom

"Let's go... It's already started"
She pull her hands for them to get out and walks to the bridge to witness the annual fireworks and hope that she can buy a lantern for them. She wants to make a wish
