Surprised death-

Pete returned to the palace after spending some time with his parents. Arm eventually left right after the break up but he made a vow that he will not give up on Pete. He sought to fight for his one true love and not let the prince have the opportunity to have everything he wants.

Pete walked inside as the guards bowed their heads in respect. They are treating Pete like if he was their leader but Pete knew nothing of leadership. He still didn't consider himself as royalty even though Vegas said he is no longer a commoner.

Pete just ate but he felt himself still hungry.

Pete decided that he will eat a bit later as he didn't want to over full himself. He headed to Macau rooms to maybe just talk for a bit. Vegas is gone for three days and Pete is not sure what he wants to do now.

Pete knocked on Macau's door and waited until it was opened.

"Oh, Hey Pete." Macua said and left the door wide open to let Pete in.

Pete smiled as he walked in.

"I heard that my brother let you see your parents. How was it?" Macau asked as he jumped on his king size bed with a pile of huge study books.

He still had on his school uniform on.

"It was great but my ex fiancé showed up and I had to break up with him. I needed to break up with him." Pete said to Macau.

Macau does feel sorry for Pete as his life had to changed so quickly because of his brother but what can he do? Vegas gets everything he wants and there is no changing that.

"It doesn't matter because I already decided to try to love Vegas. He needs me and if I could change him and make him the better person he once was, then so be it. I rather let go of Arm and my future plans with him." Pete said but deep down he feels awful about what he said to Arm.

Pete didn't want to hurt  Arm like that but he needed to or Arm wouldn't let him go.

"I'm not gonna say that I am happy that you choose my brother but Pete, are you really gonna let go of your ex fiancé?" Macau asked him.

"Macau I already made my decision. I'm staying with Vegas. If I really loved Arm like I said I did, I wouldn't have given myself to Vegas so easily." Pete come up with as he told Macau.

Macau just nodded his head as he just lets go of the topic. He just hopes Pete doesn't go back on his word. Macau studies Pete's face as he saw such a change since he first got here. It's like Pete is use to this life and he has adapted well. He is showing more confidence and he is much stronger.

"Tell me something Pete. When are you going to marry my brother?" Macau playfully asked. He doesn't expect an answer but he wants to make Pete fluster.

"Marry? We will not get married?" Pete answers as he thought that idea was crazy. Why would he marry? He just broke up with his ex fiancé.

"Why? Is my brother not handsome enough for you?" Macau teased as he question Pete.

Pete can't believe they are having this conversation right now.

"Your brother is very handsome. One of the most handsome man I have ever seen but I don't marry people for their looks, I care mostly for their personality." Pete admitted as he was serious about his type.

" I see." Macau gives it a rest on the teasing.

But Macau wonders if Pete knows he's a beautiful man. Macau knew instantly when he saw Pete for the first time that he was beautiful. Macau had no idea a commoner could have such beauty and such perfect skin. Macau knows exactly why his brother choose to love Pete.

It's the kind energy Pete feeds off and how selfless he really is.

A swarm of guards were running down the halls as they heard as news break out that the main royal family were in town. The guards stand guard as the three carriages were in front of the minor families Royal palace.

Kinn step out of the palace in all smiles and shortly following from the next carriage was Kinn and Khun. The three princes. Pete wasn't aware as he was resting the Vegas's bedroom pretty much the rest of the day. He hasn't been feeling all too well.

"Sir Pete!" Phillip was just standing at the door knocking hard to wake Pete up.

Pete stood up as he opened the door to see a worried Phillip.

"Sorry to bother you sir but you have to get up. The main royal family is here and you need to be in the throne room with prince Macau." Phillip informed Pete and thought this must be really serious if the main family is here at Vegas's palace.

Pete followed Phillip to the throne room and Macau was already they're sitting on his brother's throne. Pete sat beside him on his throne as they all await for the main family to arrive. Questions flooded Pete's mind on what could be their reasoning for coming here. The doors bursted open as Kinn was the first to walk in, shortly following was Kim and Khun who were wearing all black suites.

"Khun Macau and Sir Pete sorry to have barged in like this but we have received some news." Kinn had started off his speech. "King Gun body was found in the bottom on a lake. He was shot on his last mission. We are deeply sorry for your lost." Kinn said as he bowed his head down in respect.

All three princes bowed their heads. 

Macaus didn't know what to feel. His father has been gone for months and they thought it was fine because letters were being sent in but all this time he has been living while his dad was dead in buried at the bottom of a lake. Macau knows his father was a cruel man and deserves to be punished for all the pains he has caused to Vegas and him.

But he never thought that his father has been dead.

"Khun Macau, we have already sent a letter to your brother about it and Vegas will return from his business trip in two days from now. My father will organize the funeral for you guys since it's the least we can do." Khun said as this was the most serious he has ever been.

Kim remained silent as he didn't know what to say. He doesn't handle sadness very well and he was really even that close to his uncle.

Pete was surprised of the news. He didn't know nothing of King but he knew that he was ruthless to everyone and killed without any mercy. Pete looked at Macau as he didn't show any signs of emotion at all. He probably doesn't know how to feel about it.

Macau suddenly stood up from the throne.

"So what will happen with my brother now? Who will be King of the minor family?" Macau asked his cousins.

The three brothers all looked at each other.

"As it goes, the next line is the first son and Prince Vegas will have to take over and become King of the minor family. His coronation date will be set next week and he will be crown as King." Kinn informed his little cousin and Macau understands.

Pete listened on and he didn't think Vegas will be King so soon. Vegas said he wanted to be king and to change this town and make it better but Pete is not confident that Vegas can do it as he feels he is not in the right state if mine.

Kinn walked towards Pete with a sad look as he surprised him. Kinn kneeled down in front of Pete, catching him off gaurd.

"Sir Pete, you are Prince Vegas's Suitor, therefore a decision has to be made if you full commit to your role as a suitor.  You're party of this family now and you will have a big role ahead of you." Kinn informed as he has to let Pete know.

"What role do I must take your highness?" Pete asked and Kinn lifted his head up.

"You will have to be the King's Queen of the minor family eventually."
