Sophie's pov
No one noticed it.
Sophie always repeated to myself that she was strong.
No one noticed.
They were all busy with their love lives.
After all, she was the broken Moonlark after the Neverseen attacked.
No one can understand.
No one will understand.
Flashback (This takes place towards the end of Flashback book 7, when Sophie is fighting the trolls and Tam gets kidnapped. Stellarlune does not take place here)
Sophie's breath hitched as she ran. She couldn't comprehend what had happened. Gisela had just took away another one of her friends away. All the sorrow that she had felt when her friends got hurt was now present in her mind.
"Wait!" Keefe yelled. Sophie turned and stared into the depths of his mesmerising ice blue eyes. She felt a tugging in her chest at the sight of him. But it didn't matter. Nothing did.
Keefe had asked Biana out a few weeks ago, leaving her heartbroken as usual. Biana had giddily replied. And you could probably guess what she said.
Sophie tore her eyes away from him, and continued running.
That was all she could do.
Running .
She didn't know what she was accomplishing by doing this. Sophie never did. She stared into the endless night as Keefe's cries grew fainter and fainter.
"You realise you won't get anything done by doing this right?" A voice hissed from the shadows. The figure morphed into the face of her enemy.
Gethen.
But Sophie was tired of being afraid. It was time to make a stand.
However, the thought didn't linger in her mind.
Gethen broke her mental barriers, and plunged into her mind, implanting memories.
I got shamed because you uncovered the truth a bout my brother! A boy with impossibly teal eyes shouted.
I have this scars because of you! A girl with wavy brunette hair accused her.
My life would be simpler without you! A girl with silver tipped hair screamed.
I wouldn't have had been kidnapped because of you! A boy with periwinkle eyes said.
And last of all, A boy with tousled blond hair murmured.
I hate life.
Sophie screamed. She couldn't bear this anymore.
"Mmmm. The moonlark was more easy to break than I thought."Gethen mused.
"Let's go." Gisela materialised behind Gethen with Tam slung over her shoulder.
Then, Sophie saw her chance. She unleashed all the sorrow and fury she held in the moment she was born. Her enemy collapsed to the ground, even their ability proof caps failing.
Crouching next to Tam, she placed her hand on his and wrapped her consciousness around him, before raising her home crystal to the light.

Tam's Pov
Everyone thought being a shade was easy.
Boy, they were so wrong.
After all the years of trauma Tam had endured, he was impossible to fix
Not that anyone would try.
-----------------------------------------
Dex's Pov
He felt like god.
No one would agree.
But he was similar to a god.
He was someone that everybody would go to only if they needed help.
Gods were the same.
He was also some one who was broken.
Shattered beyond repair.
Hello! Let me clear some things up. This book was previously really crappy, so I gave it a BIG change. Last time one chapter was only 100 words. Lame(yes, I am saying I am lame. Does that matter?). So........ The reason there are a lot of views and votes was because of last time. Ok? Anyways, Bye!
