It was officially december 31st on the Continent

The Imperial family and Amanda were getting ready for The Imperial New year celebration

The Obelia's were matching red and gold clothes to match.

while amanda wore green and red to match with her family(Alpheus) since the Alpheus family were going to join The Imperial New Year Celebration.

I was finnished putting on my dress by the help of my maid willow

"Its finnished Lady Amanda!"

"Thank you

Amanda stepped out of the dressing room and admired herself through the mirror

she looked gorgeous wearing her new years dress and felt like a princess for the first time ever since living on imperial grounds.

'i hope mother will praise me for showing grace upon the family'

Amanda thought. She spun arround looking happily at her self

She went to get her emerald neclace beside her night stand until...

'whats this?'

I thought. A box with green gift paper and purple ribons

She saw a note under the gift and decided to read it

Amanda didnt let this bother her and kept it in her drawer before opening the gift.

As she opened the box, She saw a amethyst Bracelet with her initials under the amethyst

It was a beautiful bracelet that amanda admired. Only the Imperial family Had Access to the most Rarest,Finest quality,And Expensive Jewels upon the Empire

Anf for some reason Amanda didnt criticize Attheia's Gift And Instead Wore it...

'i think i should return the favor...i mean..'

These few weeks Amanda has been ehem "Accepting" Attheia ever since she protected Amanda from being framed by vandalizing Attheia's property ( ill post it on the next chapter ok?)

'Am i starting to...Accept her?'

I thought. Attheia and i spent a lot of time together and somehow im... i dont know....is this her effect to people?

I walked towards the garden. Attheia Filled it with my favourite flowers, lily's

'she's not that bad if she actually didnt take away mothers attention.' i thought .

As i strolled along the garden, someting caught my eye or rather...someone

'm-mother?!' i thought. what could she be doing out at this moment

i hid away from her sight somewhere where i may still be able to watch

mother was really beautiful. her hair was in braided bun and wore gold and red imperial clothing.

beside her was...the emperor...Lucas de alger obelia...

He matched with mother wearing red and gold whilst his hair was let loose.

i remember my first days here...the emperor really dislikes me...

"hey love come back tehehe!"

attheia was playing with her pet outside on her garden, many maids ofcourse watched her i dont know why they think shes a goddess?

like one mistake she makes and shes still perfect(though shes never made a mistake before) meanwhile i was just born and suddenly im called a mistake? one of the reasons why i dislike her

i watched from afar with jealousy upon my eyes. i gritted my teeth hard

"perfect her, grumpy me? , smilling her!, Awful me? ugh shes annoying"

"my daughters annoying you say?"

i flinched as i heard the dark and deep voice of...the emperor which i believe would be my stepfather.

"g-greetings upon the sun of the empire..."

i took a low bow and as i arose the sorroundings suddenly stopped.

"your in the way."

"w-what do you mean?"

"forget about your mother."

"huh!?"

"its so obvious isnt it?"

the emperor came close to me in my face and said the words i hated the most...

"The Empress only loves our daughter~ not you"

"n-no mother also will love me like how she does!!"

"then why didnt she see you? she was never there for you? she always knew about you yet neglected you? she ONLY gives her attention to Attheia."

"Face it Chimera She doesnt love you"

"No! it.. it cant be!!"

"ive been married to her for 16 years and if theres one thing i know is that from the moment of your birth she couldnt care less but give you to your father"

"dont you see? you already have a mother?"

"who?"

"jennette"

"...shes just my stepmother tho...she would never love me..."

"hmm then you may aswell find out yourself chimera.."

'C-CHIMERA?!'

before i could say anything he suddenly snapped time back and vannished i turned around and saw him entering Attheia's garden as she ran up and hugged him.

'how powerful is he?'

i zoned out for a moment but i snapped back to reality when i heard a voice

"Mommy!! Daddy!!"

Attheia ran up to her mother and father who both hugged her back...

looking at them now...i feel as if im...missing the mansion...

i would always hug both father and mother when they would go away for a business trip or if they came back...

'i miss the mansion...'

i decided to go back to the palace and see if my order has arrived. And once i came back i was right my gift for Attheia has arrived

i rushed to wrap it in her favourite colors which were pastel pink,purple,and blue.

and quickly after i went to the Imperial grounds.
