"happy new year!" The room shouted, and a few couples started to kiss each other.
'I don't know why I went to Jack but I'm happy I did.'
"Jack!!"I shouted the boy next to me through the loud music and the loud voices surrounding the room.
"Yeah?" He replied, taking another sip of his drink.
Instead of replying I gave him a quick kiss, I had no idea if he would like it or not, I was drunk and we were surrounded by our drunk friends singing and dancing, but instead of him pushing me and away he grabbed my face and pushed me back in again. 2023 will be my year.
