"Torao..?"

It was a good thing, that Luffy was slightly able to dodge the bullet, that the bullet didn't even hit Luffy. However, the side of his cheek has a slight scratch because of the side of the bullet.

Luffy looked at the back, Shachi and Penguin, mostly Penguin who was shocked and left him speechless.

"Luffy..?"

"What.. what are you guys doing?.. You're killing someone!! Your---"

Luffy's voice slightly trembled, that Law just threw the gun away, "Mugiwara-ya.. just let me explain, I.." he was going to touch Luffy's cheek but Luffy slightly dodged, his hands were bloody as Law took off his gloves. "Look.. I.." Law can't even say a word.

'Fuck.. I can't fucking say anything!!.. I can't let him.. I can't....!' Law was getting out of his mind, Luffy saw him, Luffy slightly took a step back.

"Is.. Is.. Torao.."

Luffy can't also say anything. His breathing was too fast, his voice was trembling too much. "Mugiwara-ya.. I.." He touched his bloody cheek that Luffy suddenly got out of consciousness. He fainted because he felt so weak. Law instantly caught him.

"SHACHI-YA!! PENGUIN-YA!! GET THE CAR!!"

Law roared out of anger, Shachi instantly exited the alley and the same as Penguin who moved fast, doing what Law commanded to do.

Law looked at Luffy who was totally unconscious, with a slight scratch on his cheek. Law carried him in bridal, 'What can I say to him?.. He already saw it. Mugiwara-ya might..' Law gritted his teeth out, he just carried Luffy for a while in his arms, leaning to his chest.

Law heard the car as he went in. Penguin quickly drives, his eyes slightly landing on Luffy, he slightly clenches.

'Fuck...'

He drives faster.

In the backseat of the car.

Luffy was sitting on Law's lap, leaning on Law's chest, his eyes were a bit pale. It was because of the shock, when the bullet almost hit him. Luffy wasn't waking up at all, he was just unconscious. Law caresses his cheek. Law doesn't know what to say, that he put his forehead to Luffy's. Luffy's Straw Hat drops on the seat, as well as Law's fluffy hat.

Shachi never thought that Law would really care for someone like Luffy.

In Law's bedroom, Luffy was laying on his bed.

"Leave."

His only words as Penguin, also wanted to stay. Shachi and everyone left, Corazon was worried about Law, right now, it was not the time. He left, Law was guessing it would be a damn mess if Luffy woke up.

Law removed the blanket as he lay beside him, he pulled Luffy into his arms, Luffy seems not responding because of the unconsciousness, Law just stayed quiet.

He can't let him go.

After a while, in the middle of the night.

Luffy starts to wake up, it feels very heavy that there was on top of him, it was an arm, that has a tattoo on it, on the back of the hands and fingers, has also has the tattoo, he knows this guy who it was. Luffy remembered the scene earlier.
