Waiting for the all clear from the doctors so he could leave his hospital bed was longer than he thought necessary. At least he was pretty sure he would not have to stay overnight.

"My psychic powers tell me that you won't be able to make it to the band practice at 7 p.m."

"You are just hilarious today, Dai, aren't you?" His dark haired friend only shrugged. Kaneda Dai; Quirk: Feather Fall. He can make himself fall slower than normal.

"We were pretty worried, you know? When we saw the villain...that thing looked like it just crawled out of toucan's bu-" Dai didn't get to finish his sentence because of Keitsu's hand covering his mouth.

"Stop, I don't want that image in my head."

"You already do." Grinned Dai and Keitsu groaned. "All the jokes aside...we were really scared. Maki almost stormed the place when she saw the news. It calmed her down when they said there were no casualties. She's looking after the devils now." Keitsu smiled in relief.

"Thanks, good to know." Just as he finished saying that there was a knock on the door. "Come in." Keitsu called.

"Azumi-san, good afternoon, how are you feeling?" Nezu entered the room with a smile.

"Better now that I don't feel the bruised ribs." Azumi smiled back.

"That is good. Recovery Girl is going to stop by you any moment now and hopefully give you all clear. Before that, however, I have a request to make." He said and side glanced at Kaneda, who was blissfully unaware. Azumi looked at his friend with a pointed stare and tilted his head towards the door. Kaneda frowned in confusion before he finally understood.

"Oh, yeah! I-I'm just gonna- Heh- Uh...see you later? Of course I'll see you later, why wouldn't I? I'll just go." He promptly cut his own rambling short and left with a wave which Azumi returned with a sheepish smirk.

"Sorry 'bout him. What do you need?"

"Say Azumi-san, do you still live in that apartment near school grounds?"

"I do."

"Would you mind letting Aizawa stay at your place for the first week of his healing period?"

"H-Huh? Shouldn't he stay at the hospital?" Azumi said and his eyes widened.

"He insists on returning to his teaching responsibilities the day after tomorrow, when school starts again. Considering that he lives alone and will have to keep the casts on both of his arms, he will need help."

"He...wants to return to teaching that soon? That's...that's irationall." He quoted the phrase Aizawa used so much.

"I did try to convince him to change his mind, but he wouldn't have any of it. He did agree, after some persuading, to stay at someone else's place for a few days, at least until his casts are removed and you live the closest to the school grounds so you were, logically, option No.1."

"Uh...yes, of course he can stay. But, maybe ask him if he's allergic to cats first. I've got two and wouldn't want to make a panicked trip to the pharmacy for an EpiPen." Azumi hesitantly agreed.

"No allergies. Don't worry, I think that your cats will make the stay even more enjoyable for Aizawa-san." Reassured Nezu just as someone knocked at the door.

"Come in." Called Azumi again and the Recovery Girl entered the room.

"Azumi-kun, dear, you look much better already. Let me just check you over and you'll be able to leave." Azumi smiled and nodded at the old lady. "For starters, how about you walk around for a bit."
