Chapter 5: Caleb Lives Here

~~~ The Next Morning ~~~

Corki woke up in her room and started practicing her violin. Jodi woke up and fell back asleep Sun Hi and Caleb woke up in their separate rooms and picked up their laptops, and got on Vid Chat.

P-P: Good morning, my good friend Caleb.

DJ: Good morning, my good friend Sun Hi. Why aren't Jodi and Corki on Vid Chat?

P-P: Who knows.

DJ: I guess it's just you and I.

P-P: Since it's just the two of us. (Leaves Screen) (Enters Caleb's Room) (Waves While Smiling)

"Hey, Caleb." Sun Hi says.

"Hey, Sun Hi." Caleb says.

"Wow your room is ... ... ... Awesome." Sun Hi says.

"This is much better than what I see on Vid Chat. This deserves a selfie!" Sun Hi says doing her signature pose as she sits on Caleb's lap for a #CalebLivesHere selfie then gets up.

"I am so posting this." Sun Hi says excitedly, as a Vid Chat request pops up and Caleb accepted it.

P&L: Good morning, why is Sun Hi in your room.

P-P: Because you guys weren't online and if I didn't come, Caleb might suffer the worst pain of all: Having a device with 0% of battery.

DJ: (Nods)

P-Q: Wow. So painful.

P&L: (Jealous look) So painful.

P-P: Is it wrong for me to be in Caleb's room?

P&L: Well you do have your own.( Picks up her phone.) (Opens #CalebLivesHere.) (Shows Her Phone To The Camera) This is your room?

DJ: Yeah.

P&L: I have got to see this. (Leaves Screen.) (Enters Caleb's Room)

P-P: Corki don't you want to see this?

P-Q: I don't have to. (Leaves Screen) (Enters Caleb's Room)

"I know the guy. So I decorated." Corki says.

"So, let's go eat breakfast. I. Am. Starving." Jodi says.

"Come with me, to the kitchen." Corki says, as XO-IQ walks out of Caleb's room and he and Sun Hi are simply looking at the spiral staircase.

"Aren't you coming?" Jodi says while walking down the stairs.

No response.

"Just do it." Corki says at the bottom of the staircase with Jodi next to her.

Sun Hi and Caleb nod while smiling then sit on the railing and milliseconds later start spiraling down the side of the stairs. They then hit the hard. Wood. Floor.

"Ow." The two say, as they try to get up.

"Was it really worth hurting yourselves." Corki asks while she and Jodi help Sun Hi and Caleb up.

"Yes." They say and limp to the kitchen, with Corki behind them.
