Y/N POV

It's been a few days since the Christmas party and it's already January 5th...my birthday( Great "happy birthday and now I'm what 16?17? Ugh idk...) I got up out of bed and looked at my calendar ( Yup right there it's the 5th...this is going to be a long day) With a sigh I got dressed and was ready for school and head down to the dorm kitchen where I found my classmates eating breakfast.

Y/N: " Morning guys"

Everyone: " Good morning"

I sat down and filled my bowl up with cereal and began to eat ( No one knows my birthday that's good...it's not like I hate my birthday I just hate how people make a big deal about it) I then pull out my phone and turn it on and then.

Phone: " BING, BING, BING, BING!!!!

Y/N: " WHAT THE HELL?!"

I toss my phone on the floor and I see smoke coming out of it ( SHIT! It's getting too many notifications on my phone that its overheating!)

Y/N: " SHOTO!! Hurry and give me some ice!"

Todoroki: " Ok but why?"

Y/N: " Just please give it to me!"

He uses his quirk to make ice and I  quickly snatched it and put it against my phone after it cooled off I looked at the notifications that overheated my phone (Let's see... let's go to Facebook and...HOLY SHIT! My profile is blowing up! read the comments y/n read them.... let's see... Happy birthday starlight, Happy 17 starlight, Happy B-day Glowpop Starlight, etc etc etc, Welp shit now my classmates will know but they don't follow me on any of my accounts so I should be fine....) I then look up from my phone only to see everyone staring at me.

Y/N:" What?"

Mina: " Are you not going to tell us why your phone blew up?"

Y/N: " Uhhhh....it's best if I don't"

Jiro:" Now I'm curious"

Denki: " Same here"

Y/N: " You might find out later"

Todoroki: " Can you at least tell me? I gave you ice for your phone"

I look at him then at my classmates then back at him and smiled.

Y/N: " Ok but don't tell anyone!"

I pull Todoroki to the side and made sure no one was listening.

Y/N: " Sooooo.....today is my birthday and I don't want them to know because I don't want them to make a big deal about it so yup that's me! I just want a chill day."

Todoroki: " ok"

I give him a confused look.

Y/N: "That's it? Ok? I thought you would at least say more than that.

Todoroki: " I don't judge If you want a chill birthday and don't want all the attention that's what you want and people should respect it."

Y/N: " And this is why you're my best friend! Thanks shoto! I just need to keep them from finding out until tomorrow!"
