"Oh for the sake of the vampiric race Niklaus, don't make me conjure up a white oak stake." Klaire said sighing as she closed her suitcase, her older brother got on her trail.
"Please sister, you then have to deal with Elijah to get to me. What the hell is there in California that you want to leave your family for." Klaus said at the top of the steps watching her go down.
"I don't know, a sense of peace for the hell I have to deal with here! Do you know what it's like being called upon every day to make sure your brother doesn't go on a murder spree! Or for your magic, I dealt with it in Mystic Falls now we're back home, this is the calm before the storm." She yelled, dropping her suitcase on the floor.
"And you're leaving! To a town where you have no one, you'll be all alone!" Klaus yelled back, coming down the steps.
"Listen you piece of—"
"What I think our dearest Klaire is saying Niklaus is that she wants a sense of normalcy in her life that we cannot give her." Elijah said speeding in between them.
"Thank you, at least someone here has sense." Klaire said, smiling at Elijah, causing Klaus to glare at her.
"I'm not abandoning you guys, we're in this always and forever but for the sake of me looking like this I need normal. I need to do teenage things." Klaire said, stepping out from behind Elijah.
"You'll go, but one exception." Klaus said, sighing in defeat, making Klaire regret even packing her bags.
"You have to call us each morning right before you do your teenage things." He smirked causing Elijah to let out a laugh in amusement.
"And what if I don't?" Klaire challenged.
"Don't call us and find out Klaire." Klaus smirked.
"I thought you would've been halfway to California by now, baby original." Rebekah spoke above them.
"Klaus won't let me leave, he wants me to call every morning. And stop calling me that Bex." Klaire scowled as she looked up.
"No matter how old we are you'll still be the baby of the family and also he's right I want you to call every morning, you know for old times sake and early chit chat." Rebekah said speeding down the stairs.
"Okay, Elijah can you help me." Klaire said, crossing her arms.
"I'll take him, you take her." Elijah said, nodding his head.
Simultaneously they ran to their siblings and snapped their necks.
"Why didn't we think of that before?" Klaire smiled as she turned to her older brother.
"You should leave before they wake up, I'll set up the car while you get the rest of your bags." He said running off.
Klaire ran off grabbing the last of her things and went to her car.
"Don't cause too much trouble in Beacon Hills alright." Elijah smiled as he hugged his younger sister.
"Please Im a Mikaelson, trouble follows me everywhere." Klaire said getting into her car.
"If you need anything I'm one phone call away. Now I'm off to make sure our siblings don't wake up while you're still in the driveway. Goodbye Klaire." Elijah said disappearing into the house.
"Goodbye Elijah." She smiled getting into the car driving off.
30 hours is a long drive.

Welcome to Beacon Hills, California.
Klaire clutched the wheel, a smile breaking through her face.
