They were all staring at her, waiting for an answer. Y/N felt her knees weaken under their gaze. Every stare felt like weight pressing down on her chest. She felt dizzy. Before she could think, darkness overtook her.

Time skip
When she opened her eyes, her head felt heavy. She looked around and saw seven boys surrounding her and... her father standing beside them. His glare pierced through her, cold and cutting. She swallowed hard and tried to gather courage.
"W-where am I?" she asked quietly, her voice trembling.
"Hospital," he said simply, without emotion.
A doctor entered, checking her carefully. He noticed the wounds still faintly visible on her arms and legs.
"How did you get these?" he asked gently.
Y/N's mind raced. BTS were watching curiously, her father's glare threatening to crush her.
"I-I... fell," she stammered, trying to keep her voice steady.
The doctor nodded slowly, though his face still held doubt.
The flashback ended there. This was a small piece of her past, a reminder of why she always stayed cautious and cold.
⸻
Present day
Y/N slept peacefully, or at least she tried. The blaring sound of her alarm dragged her into wakefulness. She smashed it for the ninetieth time before stumbling to the bathroom. After freshening up, she wrapped herself in a bathrobe.
She slowly removed it and looked at her body, scars running across her arms and legs. Memories flashed, pain and survival intertwining.
"You're strong, Y/N," she whispered to herself, tracing a hand over one of the older scars.
Today was her first day at university. After years of online classes, she was finally stepping outside again. She picked out an outfit and dressed quickly, determined to appear confident.
"Y/N, breakfast is ready!" her mother called.
"Coming!" Y/N shouted back and dashed downstairs.
"Good morning," her mother said with a soft smile.
"Morning," Y/N replied distant.
Her mother sighed but said nothing, simply starting her breakfast. She knew Y/N's attitude was always distant.
Y/N ate quickly, then grabbed her bike. Riding always cleared her mind. She sped toward the university, ignoring the stares from people as if riding a bike was a crime.
At the gate, she went straight to the principal's office to get her schedule. She almost collided with a boy who fell to the ground, waiting expectantly.
Y/N glared at him.
"Are you serious?" she muttered under her breath and walked past him without helping. She was already late.
⸻
Jungkook's POV
I had bumped into a girl while walking to class. I fell and waited for her to help me up, but she gave me a sharp look, like I had offended her. Then she walked away.
I got up and tried to follow her, but she disappeared quickly.
"Ha, you just got ignored!" Jimin laughed from behind me.
"Shut up," I muttered. "She probably knew."
"Bruh, admit it. You just got ignored by a girl," Jimin teased, laughing loudly.
"Come to class before I kick your ass," Jin interrupted, exasperated.
Jimin and I grumbled but finally went to class.
⸻
Y/N's POV
I walked into the principal's office to get my schedule
"Oh you must be the new student , yn...here's your schedule"
"Thank you"
And right after I left without another word.
I reached my classroom and walked in.
"Come in! Oh, you're the new girl. Please introduce yourself," the teacher said.
"My name is Y/N." I said and sat at the back corner, focusing on the lecture completely ignoring the curious glances.
⸻
Jimin and Jungkook's POV
"Look, it's the girl that ignored you," Jimin whispered, laughing.
"Her name is Y/N. I'll deal with her later. Jimin, shut up," Jungkook muttered.
"She seems confident. Little does she know, we're going to ruin her first day," Jimin smirked.
"Concentrate!" Taehyung yelled, making both of them jump. They refocused on the lecture.
⸻
Y/N's POV
The bell rang, and I left for lunch. Someone grabbed my wrist and dragged me into an empty classroom, pressing me gently but firmly against the wall.
"Who do you think you are?" the boy demanded.
And I chose to stay silent because that'd piss him off even more
And because I was in no mood to argue I chose to kick him and get on my way to the cafeteria, however the guy didn't seem pleased and kept spewing absolute nonsense
I mean...I wasn't the one willingly dragged here , he brought this upon himself
⸻
We were waiting in the cafeteria when Jungkook did not arrive.
"He went to deal with the new girl because she ignored him," Jimin said, chuckling.
"We should go find him," Taehyung said.
We followed his groans and found him in a classroom, clutching his stomach.
"help me! Stop laughing!" he shouted.
Taehyung helped him up. "She really kicked you?"
"I swear I am going to kill her," Jungkook groaned.
"Shut up. Let's go eat," Jin said.
We all went to the cafeteria, laughing at poor Jungkook's expense.
⸻
Y/N's POV
I finally entered the cafeteria and saw my best friends waving at me. I ran to them and hugged them tightly.
"Hey bestie!" Jisoo cheered.
"How was your day?" Lisa asked.
"It was good," I replied calmly.
"Why are you late? We are starving!" Rose and Jennie said together.
"Some weird guy was getting on my nerves because I 'ignored' him," I said sarcastically.
"Did you get hurt anywhere?" they all asked at once, concerned.
I smiled faintly. "I'm fine. Just hungry."
