The scene changed once again.

Strange and Lillian were shown out in the Forest collecting a few things for Lillians potion studies. The two were walking in a comftable silence enjoying the nature untouched by humans untill they heard it.

*russle*

The hall went silent once again, eyes locked on the bushes that moved.

The two looked at eachother than at the Bush, before strange moved towards it with heavy caution. Lillian following close behind him. Strange reancjed forwards and moves the Bush to look inside and his eyes widen slightly at what's there.

"Come on! What's in the damm Bush already!"

Sirius whined, a few others in the group nodding along with his words. Anticipation getting to them all

Inside the Bush were two animals. They looked to be friends. It was wierd, especially seeing as their species wouldn't be one to be friends.

A snake.
A white owl.

The owl was wounded. Its snow white wing covered with a layer of red blood. The snake snapped toward the duo. Hissing as it turned in a warning. As soon as Lillian heard the hiss, she went to see what Strange was looking at and soon enough hissed back at the snake. Stranges eyes locked on her in surprise.

"She can speak parceltoung" (didn't spell that right I'm guessing lol)

Loki and the hooded stranger looked at the screen in awe. Bucky chuckled at the two. How could he be the only one of the group that couldn't do this? Yet he didn't mind. He had other things that connected him to the others.

With the hiss, the snake slithered forwards and into lillians hand, she allowed it to climb up her body and rest around her neck. The two looked at eachother and nodded. Knowing what to do.

They begun to heal the owl. Both with the ingredients they gathered today and some spells.

Soon enough, Lillian looked at strange with puppy eyes. He knew what she wanted. And sadly, couldn't say no

"I won't be looking after them. They will be your responsibility"

He responded. She happily nodded as the owl rested on her arm, the snake still around her neck.

"Your name shall be Jade,*she rubbed the shakes head gently* and your...Hegewing."

The hall awed at the two new family editions. Tony huffed slightly, remembering the nights the snake would slither into his lab and hide in his suit, just to scare him in the morning.

Lillian was in the kitchen, the glowing orb behind her, almost as If it were directing her movements.

Her birthday was in 2 days and she wanted a cake for it. But she was to embarrassed to ask Strange to help her out. So she asked her 千卂ㄒ卄乇尺 for help. And they agreed. So there the two were. Trying to bake a cake together. But failing misribly. The two were in their element untill they heard someone clear their throat.

"Is this why she is banned from the kitchen?"

Bucky asked. Steve shook his head.

"No buck. She decided it would be a good idea to put a pan on the stove and forget about it for a hour, starting a small fire."

Many around laughed. The Marauders more so, knowing James was the same when they stayed at his home in the summer.

"What are you two doing"

Strange asked as soon as the two looked towards him. Both entites stayed silent. Before the orb glowed and dimmed a few times as if answering the question whilst the 10 year old looked embarrassed.

Strange gave a small huff, both of pitty and amusement before walking over to the girl and crouching down to her level, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"You know you could have asked right? There was nothing to be ashamed of, especially wanting to try cake for the first time"

She stayed silent for a moment.

"I know... but I didn't want you to think I was needy for wanting something as stupid as cake"

The room went silent. They hadn't realised she never had cake before. Come to think of it... never a birthday either. The hooded man, bucky and loki begun whispering to eachother. Making vows to spoil her even more than they did already.

Strange didn't like that. He really didn't. But he couldn't think of a way to respond. His eyes glanced over the room untill it landed on a bag of flour. A small smirk rested on his face....

The screen went black

Everyone looked on in confusion

The screen begun to show flashes of the two fighting. But nor any normal fight... they were throwing ingredients back and forth at eachother whilst making the cake. They were laughing. A mess, but laughing.

S9on enough the hall joined in on it. Each enjoying the view of this Strange and Lillian having fun. More so Lillian acting like a child she was meant to be.

The screen zoomed into the doorway. Wong and the orb stood there. The two enjoying the sight. Wong turned to the orb. A smile on his face.

"Thank you for trusting us with her... I'm glad, they have eachother. Who knows what would have happened if they didn't meet"

The orb glowed twice in agreement as the screen faded black, the laughter in the background slowly faded out as it did.

Lillian was asleep in her bed. She was allowed to sleep in today. Why today? Because it was her birthday. And the others in the Sanctuary needed time to set up.

So she slept...

And slept...

And slept...

Untill her sleep was interrupted by a pecking at her window...

And that's a wrap for chapter 14! Sorry I took so long to get it out to you all. Exam season and all that.

This chapter is a mess. I'm so sorry about it. But it's more so a filler ready for the next chapter where Lillian gets her hogwarts letter and the two go shopping. I had to include hegewing before diagon ally. Who doesn't love that owl?
