beomgyu couldn't stand this, he had to find out about this yeonjun guy... the only thing he could do is patiently wait for tomorrow, but he doesn't know what happened between them...

beomgyu laid in his bed scrolling through his phone, everything felt all new and unreal.

yeonjun's pov

yeonjun cleaned up his office and was starting to leave, before someone stopped him. taehyun.

"oh, it's you, do you umm need something?"

taehyun looked at him, "are you not bothered by the fact that our boss has made you teach beomgyu everything and you guys will be working together for the next few months?"

yeonjun looked back in shock, "are you being serious?"

"of course i am" taehyun replied.

______★flashback★______

yeonjun and his mom walked into the office, it was yeonjun's second year here, and today was the day that a whole new group of kids came, for they're first day here, at the spirit world.

as they were walking in, yeonjun noticed a little boy looking lost, he wanted to go run up to him and befriend him, but he and hims mom always talked together for the first half of their time here, so he had to wait fifteen minutes for until he could leave.

yeonjun's mom led yeonjun to her office and yeonjun watched her work, but he slowly got bored and ran away.

yeonjun was now lost, but he saw the same little boy sitting near a glass window that showed the scenery outside. it was a bright sunny day and the trees were big and tall outside of the gloomy and dark office.

"hi there! what's your name? i'm yeonjun!!" yeonjun said.

the boy turned around, "go away"

the boy had a menacing glare and clearly didn't want to talk to yeonjun, but yeonjun spoke again.

"hey, that's not nice, i just wanted your name" yeonjun pouted.

the other boy scoffed, "ugh, go away!", this alarmed some of the other kids standing around, which was not a lot because most kids were influenced by their parents to come when they were teenagers.

"hmph, no, not until you tell me your name" yeonjun persisted.

"no! your stupid! everything is stupid!" the boy yelled, which captured some adults attention.

a supervisor rushed in to separate the two boys before anything happened.

the boy lowered his voice and whispered, "beomgyu, and i'm gonna make your life a living hell, just wait"

yeonjun looked at beomgyu being dragged away from him, who was this new kid? and what did he just say?

yeonjun followed another supervisor back to his mom.

ever since that day, beomgyu would keep tormenting and bullying yeonjun, beomgyu and his whole group would pick on him all the time they were there. the group consisted of two shorter boys, felix and hyunjin, and another shorter boy, although not as short, taehyun. taehyun never actually bullied yeonjun, he was just friends with them cause he had no other friends. and he would actually secretly help yeonjun when beomgyu, felix and hyunjin weren't there.

"w-what?"

"what do you mean 'what' you're being assigned to help him" taehyun said.

"i- are you not shocked about this??" yeonjun asked.

"no i am shocked, if you're worrying about him bullying you, i'm pretty sure he forgot all his memories y'know?" taehyun said.

yeonjun looked at him with an annoyed expression, "ugh! of course it's just I'm not sure if i should try to get… revenge."

"ooh? that sounds interesting, but it's so unlike you?" taehyun said.

"yeah i know, but i dunno... i think i should..."

"haha, well do whatever you wish, i have to go now, see you later" taehyun said.

"yea, bye" yeonjun replied.

the day ended fairly quickly for yeonjun, and he packed up and left the spirit world to go to his apartment.

beomgyu's pov

beomgyu could only lay down and ponder about who yeonjun could be, waiting to fall asleep took forever, and once he woke up the next morning, all he could think about was yeonjun yeonjun yeonjun.

"beomgyu, when you enter the spirit world, and you encounter yeonjun, make sure to apologize to him" beomgyu's dad says

this made beomgyu more curious, "why? what am i apologizing for?"

"for a past thing, just don't question it okay? just do it," beomgyu's dad says.

beomgyu was intrigued, "okay,"

"great, well do you want me to drive you to school?" beomgyu's dad asks

"no thanks" beomgyu says, not wanting to bother him.

beomgyu's father nodded and headed out with beomgyu and they went their separate ways.

beomgyu's walk to school was slow and most of the time he was thinking, thinking about one person, yeonjun of course.

during class he saw kai talking to another guy with blue hair, "beomgyu! come here, meet soobin, he's um my boyfriend, do you wanna join our friend group?"

"...friend group?" beomgyu questioned.

"ah well another guy named yeonjun, is also part of this, he's older but he's soobin's best friend!" kai said.

"sure" beomgyu said not realizing that yeonjun is part of this friend group.
