After a check-up and making sure his eyes are healing, a different guard comes to take him to his cell.

The space is maybe 15 m², not bad. With a bunk bed on one side, desks on another side, a high window with metal bars of course, and then the lavatory and WC in the corner.
The top of the "wall" where the door is placed, parallel to the corridor, is made of metal bars on the top and a solid plaque of metal on the bottom.

A guy with black peppered hair is sitting on a blue plastic chair, reading a book.

The guy might be in his late 30s. He only glances at him briefly and then gets back to his book while the guard is there. The guard makes the introductions.

- Tay, this is your new cellmate, Bible. I think this one likes books like you!

And towards Bible.

-His name is Tay. You're lucky because he's a smart one. He doesn't like to give me extra work. Eh, Tay? That's why he's going to be released soon. Good conduct. Try to learn from him.

After those words, spoken with a smile and a familiarity that the older guy didn't reciprocate at all, the guard left.

Tay continues reading while Bible looks around. The cell is better than the last one Bible had. He understands his bed is the top bunk bed since it's missing the bedding, so he puts the sheets he is carrying on top of the mattress.

The guy has indeed lots of books. Bible likes him instantly. He also likes that he keeps to himself and is not talking.

After making his own bed, he tests the bunk bed bars and starts doing a few pull-ups.

Tay turns around to watch him and says at last:

- I like you. You're not annoying talkative.

Bible is surprised, he answers with s half smile.

- I've been here for 4 years and I have only two months left here. I can't wait to say bye to this fucking place. Anyway. If you want to know anything just ask.

- Thanks man - says Bible - I just wonder how did you manage to get so many books in here? - says Bible

- Oh, that's easy. I work in the library. You can get in too. It's quiet. Good to keep you out of trouble.

Tay looks at him, as if measuring something.

- I'm a bit worried. I think you look too young and innocent for this place. I don't want to scare you but they are going to go after you for sure - says Tay, and gets back to his book.

Bible's jaw tenses and he adds another two sets of push-ups to his fitness routine.

Later on at night, both lying on their beds in the darkness, Tay asks Bible:

- Sorry for asking, it's none of my fucking business but... are you gay? Have you ever bottomed?

Bible doesn't answer. He's too shocked by the straightforward question.

- You better get ready, at least mentally. They are going to fight for you once they see you, you're going to be someone's bitch you know.

Bible doesn't want to think about it. He closes his eyes.

He's a virgin in that aspect. His hole is untouched. Well maybe not after that fucking guard put his fingers inside.

He plans mentally how to up his game with his strength training. He has to be prepared to fight.

Tay continues talking:

- By the way, the most dangerous of them all is Princess. Don't mess with him. Just avoid him at all costs. When he likes someone... That someone disappears. They say they are released but that guy has good contacts outside prison, who knows what happens to them.

Bible swallows hard.

- If he doesn't like you your life will be hell, so it's better not to appear on his radar at all - finishes Tay.

Bible is holding his breath, imagining this fearsome Princess.

- Hahaha... So Princess, right? I guess he's a big ugly man right? That's why they call him Princess?

Tay shakes his head, but Bible can't see it. After a few seconds, he says:

- No, he really looks like a princess.
