Our Highschool Love

Chapter 5

3rd pov

It was the next day and a certain classmate decided to bring in some crepes for his friends at school. Salvador loved to bake and loved to read books. And for that reason Salvador and Espher became great friends.

"Hey Espher! I brought some crepes from home for us to share. Wanna eat them at lunch?", Salvador asked Espher. "Oh yeah! Sure, let's eat them during lunch!", Espher answered.

*ring* *ring*

"Oh that's the bell. Wanna walk to class together?", Espher asked. "Yeah, sure let's go!", Salvador replied. As the two walked into class they saw a very unexpected scene.

Amaya was about to fall when Rolando caught her in his arms out of instinct. It took a minute for the two classmates who walked in to get an idea of the situation, while Amaya turned into a blushing mess.

Rolando let Amaya go , trying to look away and hide his blush. "Be more careful next time, idiot.." Rolando muttered as he walked back to his desk, leaving a very flustered Amaya.

As this was happening, a certain someone was dying of jealousy in the corner. Victoria was looking at Amaya with envy and anger for talking to her ex boyfriend. Although they broke up, Victoria still thought that she should be with Rolando.

[after class]

Amaya was sitting with Espher and Salvador, eating one of the crepes Salvador made. "Mmm! This is delicious! I wish I could make crepes like these too!", Amaya said while chewing the crepe."Oh, thank you! I put a lot of effort into these.", Salvador said proudly.

As they were talking, Rolando walked passed them , eyeing Amaya for no reason in particular. His eyes just unconsciously averted to her.

Amaya saw this and mistook Rolando's staring for him wanting a crepe. So she said, "Hey Rolando! Want a crepe?"

Amaya offered one to Rolando as he looked at her, taking the crepe and leaving with a small blush creeping up onto his face. Espher saw this and he was ecstatic!

In a more populated area of the lunchroom stood an envious Victoria. She just couldn't stop herself from getting jealous of Amaya since she was stealing all of her ex boyfriend's attention.

"What's up with you Victoria?" A boy named  Axel asked Victoria. Axel was known as Victoria's lackey or, to be blunt , personal servant. Of course, being a 'servant' didn't stop Axel from being a big bully to everyone whenever Victoria was around.

"*sigh* It's all that damn Amaya's fault!", Victoria said out of anger. "Hm? How so?",Axel asked. "She keeps on taking all of Rolando's attention! I can't seem to keep his eyes on me!", Victoria said furiously.

"Well you could......." Axel whispered into Victoria's ear , Victoria's smile widening . "Wow Axel! I never thought you could be this useful in plan making..", Victoria remarked,

"..but this'll do perfectly", Victoria laughed, "Oh- don't spill that-", Victoria said to Axel and then went back to laughing evilly.
