ACE POV
August 15th
I woke up this morning with a bad ass hangover. Damn I shouldn't have went to that party last night knowing I had school today.

"ANGEL ARIANA WASHINGTON IF I GO UP THERE AND YOU STILL IN BED I'M BEAT YOU" My mom yelled from downstairs. I swear she just be tripping for nothing.

I still got up though because i know she was 100% serious. I went to my bathroom and did my hygiene then went into my closet to pick out my first day of school fit. They want all the seniors to wear that "our last first day shirt" which was a blue and black tie dye type shirt with the words "our last first day" on it and put some black ripped jeans and my black and white 1s. (A/N y'all I am literally coping a fit from my stud senior friend at my school LMAO)

I grabbed my binder and my keys off my bed and placed them on my dresser as I started to straightened up my room before I go because I had work tonight. After I cleaned up i grabbed my stuff and headed downstairs

Once I got downstairs I greeted my mom and her husband Stan. Up until the 5th grade i thought Stan was my bio dad but I overheard him and my mom arguing about him wanting a child that's actually his. As a 5th grader that hurt but as a senior I truly don't give a fuck.

"Good morning you guys. I'm running late so I gotta go." I said trying to rush out the door so that my mom wouldn't try to take a picture of me

"Aht heifer you ain't slick imma take my picture when you get home" My mom yelled as I ran out the door

I got in my car and immediately cut on my "DND💖" playlist. "Kill Bill" by SZA came on and I sung my gay little heart out until i got to my bestfriends house.

I put my car in park and used my key to unlock the door. Yes I have a key to my bestie's house cause her sister loves me. Lex's mom died when she was 13 and her older sister, Alli, got the house in the will along with custody of Lex. Alli also was a plug i think she likes me because i'm her biggest customer

"Lex hoe you better be dressed cause i'm leaving in 10 minutes. Wassup Alli." I said walking into the house and seeing Alli sitting on the couch.

"Whats good Ace. You came in perfect time i just got some sativa and some carts in, you tryna cop?" She asked turning away from the table with all of her product on it

"You already know I am. Let me get 10 grams and 2 carts that should be enough till like mid September." I smoke a lot due to my horrible anxiety. Lex actually introduced me to it because one day in 8th grade I had a really bad anxiety attack in the school bathroom that was so bad i couldn't move or speak. Lex had to deal with her mom's anxiety so she's kind of a pro at dealing with anxiety.

"I'm finna go bother Lex how much is it gon be and i'll cash app you"

"$140 you need any woods? I'll give them to you for free cause nobody smoke woods no more for some reason"

"Yes please and thats because people said woods was bad for you but I don't give a fuck. Can you roll one for me too i'll send you an extra 5"

"Ight bet"

After I bought my shit I went back to Lex's room and stood in her doorway just staring at her till she noticed me.

"Keep your eyes on me, eyes on me apply that pressure get it, don't be timid when you in it apply that pressure" Lex sung using her brush as a microphone

"Girl shut up" I said walking into her room and sitting on her bed

"Oh hush Ace you know I sound good" She said throwing the brush at me

"Ow damn. Why you stay abusing me" I said jokingly "Are you almost ready cause school start in 30 minutes and i'm tryna hot box."

"Yea let me put on my shoes" At this moment i got a chance to look at Lex's fit and saw we were wearing the same thing and she grabbed the same shoes i had on from her closet

"Girl you want to be like me so bad" I said rolling my eyes

"Don't nobody care bout you bitch shut up" She said laughing and tying her shoes "Come on you bum"

We walked out of her room looking like twins and i grabbed my stuff from Alli and gave her a hug.

"Ight Alli we gone" I said as i walked out t'7he door "Lock this door gir

"Ok bye bookie BE SAFE PLEASE"

"Yes ma'am"

Me and Lex went out and got into my car. I have a lavender purple jeep wrangler and the roof comes off. Its perfect for how much i smoke. I drove to the neighborhood across the street from our school and went all the way to the back so that me and Lex can hotbox.

"Ight jhit we got 25 minutes fore we have to get to school so hurry up" Lex said to me while pulling her lighter outta her pocket

"Yo sister rolled 2 for me so we shouldn't be here for long" I said handing Lex one of the blunts Alli had rolled for me. I turned back on my music and "With You" by Marsh Ambrosius came on. (A/N yall need to go listen to that mf song rn i'm deadass it's so good)

After me and Lex hotboxed my car we sprayed ourselves so we didn't smell like gas and still made it to school on time.

I put in my airpods and cut on my music as i walked to class. I had art first period i don't know if anyone i know has this class so i'm most likely finna be bored asf.

Once i made it to class i saw a fine ass darkskin stud with locs and tattoos. She had on the last first day shirt too so shes a senior. She was sitting at the first table when you walked in the class and i sat next to her because there was only that seat and one next to a white freshman.

She glanced up from her phone once i sat down and did a double take. The glance turned into a stare and she leaned closer to me and whispered "You smell like weed."
