The assassin's and elite were in the meeting planing for the upcoming battle when fenrir came into the room "Why are you here fenrir, I did not summon you" tom spoke standing up "the dark is losing, I've come to tell you , we're no longer allied " he almost growled out, Tom's eyes flashed crimson before sensing the wards and the werewolves surrounding the mansion. Sang Lys looked at vilkas "can you take him?" Vilkas nodded "we have a challenger fenrir" Sang lys smirked, both headed outside being followed by the rest "he challanges me" fenrir spoke laughing as did the other wolves, vilkas immediately turned into a reddish brown wolf, Fenrir's instincts changed him into a dark grey wolf, the two fought, vilkas had a slightly advantage of being smaller as it was harder to pin him down. It got bloody quickly before vilkas managed to clamp down on his neck, causing fenrir to yip and go limp. Vilkas changed back turning to look at the wolves bowing before their new alpha "we stay alined with the dark, go home, I shall come by in the coming days"

Harry was impatient the entire day, he wanted to be at the manor helping in the preparation for the take over, wanted to be apart of the pre battle excitement. He knew both luna and Neville were just as excited and impatient as him, he's seen Luna's leg bouncing more than normal, also skipping down the halls, Neville had a grin plastered on his face and harry can swear he saw him dance down the hall.

~few hours later ~

Harry could barely wait, they were just sent back to their common room as an auror fell through claiming the ministry was under attack, he could hardly stay still moving so much that Hermione grew tired of it and sent him off to bed. Once in his room he locked his curtains grabbed Neville hidden under the cloak and made it to the C.O.S meeting luna, they turned the time turner back to the morning and left. He basked in the feeling, he waited all day for this, he went to find tom, watching as he ordered the troops into groups, "Razeni, Calypso go get our missing from Azkaban" Sang lys ordered looking around both nodded before popping away. Mahemio and Malum started handing out pills and bracelets "the pills to make you immune to the gas and the bracelet is to allow you to keep your magic" Niurus spoke loud enough so everyone could hear, the duo came back with the missing and each went to their assigned group "Malum, Mahemio take care of the wards" Sang lys ordered once it was time, both nodded before leaving "Today we take the Ministry" tom yelled earning cheers. "10 second window" Malum spoke "10 seconds" Sang Lys repeated "Now" mahemio spoke "Now" sang lys said everyone popped away then the both left. Both him and tom stood in the shadows for a moment to watch the fighting "we fight?" Sang lys asked giddy "we fight " tom returned smirking, both stepped out of the shadows, screams increased as the first people caught sight of them. Aurors poured in circling them, tom and Sang Lys turned back to back but for every ten they killed more would appear 'and the order hasn't even showed up yet ' sang lys sent to tom via link. A hooded figure came forward and started battling Sang lys, her hood dropped revealing Andromeda Tonks "you were on the dark side!" Sang lys spoke "you killed my daughter, I could have convinced her!" Andromeda spat , "RAZENI! TAKE CARE OF THIS I'M A LITTLE OCCUPIED" Sang lys shouted swinging his scythe taking out 5 of them, both Razeni and Bellatrix came over "Traitor" bella screached "He killed my daughter" Andromeda spoke, bella turned towards him "you killed my niece!" "No, I didn't" he tried to talk but decided to leave Razeni to deal with it as even more aurors circled them, apparently she fixed it as Andromeda's hood came up and she started taking out aurors. An influx of magic announced the orders arrival and shouts announced the ministers, tom cursed under his breath "MAHEMIO, MALUM PHASE ONE" Sang lys shouted followed by explosions and howls / growls from the twins, both sets, and vilkas. Dumbles was dueling Tom while scrimmage was dueling Sang lys, tom cursed as he was hit with a bone breaker to his side "do you have the bracelet on" Sang lys asked "yes" tom replied "MALUM MAHEMIO PHASE TWO" he shouted before 3 giant circles appeared and any who fell into them screamed before passing out after trying to do magic. Sang Lys swung his scythe decapitating the minister "MALUM, MAHEMIO PHASE THREE" he shouted causing a gas to release any who breathed it passed out, others quickly found out a bubble head charm had no effect. Dumbles looked around and noticed they would lose if they stayed "RETREAT" He shouted "WE WON" Tom and Sang lys shouted being met by cheers and celebration. Those who were wounded were sent to the manor and the fallen were moved to one side while those on the opposite side were vanished with out care. Those who were sitting in the circles were counted as those who surrendered and sent home after given a bracelet to keep track of them, those who were passe dout would be kept there till they were provwn to not be a threat. Sang Lys gathered up his group "Calypso message over diagon, everyone else either to the infirmary or help your partner Velenu with me, Razeni turn back and leave with the rest of the order" Sang Lys ordered before making a stop at the infirmary before heading to hogsmead

We came, we fought
We won
The ministry is ours
Hogwarts we're coming for you next

Sang lys cackled "we've taken the ministry!" He placed the sign in front of Hogwarts yard.

He came downstairs just as McGonagall came in "what's wrong professor, what happened?" He asked faking worry "just come with me you three " she spoke looking exceedingly worried, they followed her to the great hall "the ministry was taken, the assassin has already left his warning" dumbles spoke pointing out the window Hermione gasped while ron looked wide eyed in disbelief. "We'll be locking down Hogwarts, we should expect an influx of people hoping to find refuge in the comming days" dumbles continued
