This doesn't really affect the story but this is something that happened before Nezuko got caught by baku & deku

~3rd person POV~

Nezuko was walking around the alleyway, minding her own business, thinking about her next meal when she heard

"Someone please help me!"

It was a voice of a little girl, she rarely helps people and would just walk away, but something told her to go towards the voice.

She ran where it came from and saw

(⚠ warning, attempted rape! ⚠)

She ran towards where the voice came from and saw an old man trying to touch a little girl inappropriately.

"Now just BE STILL, And let me have some fun with you~" the man slurred, he was obviously drunk, he started to touch her waist.

(⚠ Warning over! ⚠)

Thats all Nezuko needed to see before she leapef towards them and scooped the little girl in her arms, she covered her eyes and ears walked over to the man

"Hey whats your proble- your hot~ wanns come over to my place?~ ill treat you to loaaads of moneyyy~~~" The old man said

"Disgusting" Nezuko said, looking towards the man

"W-what! How dare you! You'll regret being bor-"

he was cut off by a kick to his face, blowing his head clean off, she sat down and combed the little girls hair with her hands, comforting her.

"I-is he gone?" The little girl said, still stuttering in fear.

"Yes honey, he's gone, now shhh, its going to be ok" Nezuko said back, in a sweet motherly voice

"You should go back, where are your parents? You don't belong in a dark alleyway like this hun" Nezuko asked

"M-my parents are abusive, I called the police on them but t-they tried to hit me again, s-so *hic* I ran away and the old guy tried to touch me *hic* but you then saved me, thank you so much *hic*" the little girl replied, still crying

"Your welcome honey, I saw some people calling the police from outside the alleyway so they should be there soon, they'll find people better then your parents, you'll get a nes mom and dad that will love you" Nezuko said

"C-can't you be my mom? Your caring, nice, pretty, and even saved me!" The little girl replied.

"I would love to be your mom but sadly my lifestyle will never fit yours honey, you deserve to get on a better path then me" Nezuko said to her, giving her a warm smile.

The little girl nodded and hugged Nezuko, she hugged back and started singing her lullaby

"Baby bunny on the hill, tell me why your eyes are so very red~" she started singing

"Your voice is very pretty  miss!" The little girl complemented

"Thank you so much dear" she replied, and she soon continued her lullaby, still combing the little girls hair

"Because when my mother was expecting me, she dined on red berries from a tree~ and that is why my eyes are so very red~...."

After Nezuko finished her lullaby they soon heard sirens

"Theres the police, you should go now" Nezuko said, placing the little girl off her lap and onto the ground

"Can't you come with me?" The little girl said.

"Im afraid I cannot, but I might see you in the future on day, here, have this bow" Nezuko said as she tied the pink bos around the little girls hair "Now go on, I think they're searching for you" Nezuko said

The little girl started walking away but turned back, and said "I'll never forget you miss!"

"I won't forget you either honey" she said back.

Nezuko watched as the little girl walked away, she watched until she couldn't see her anymore

It felt good giving and getting a little affection after so many years, ever since that day.

Ty for reading this extra story of Nezuko! This is cannon in my AU  and I just wanted to include it! Im am so sorry if its cringe, I tried to keep it as simple as posible
(I also noticed that Nezuko was acting like a grandma- im so srry-)
