It's been 3 months since we last checked up on Rootaba and Vegeta
Rootaba: Thanks for all your help, but I think vegeta and I should be going now.
Vulscof: I'm glad we could help my friend. But question?
Rootaba: What's up?
Vulscof: Where's vegeta?
Rootaba: Wait, is he not here (pushing a button on his scouter)? Wait, he's not here. Oh crap he must have left already. Oh, well.
Kelm: Alright brother, I'll see you later. I'm going to earth.
Vulscof: No, you're not.
Kelm: I'm 20 years old. I can choose for myself.
Grand elder: I agree with Vulscof. Kelm, you have a vow here.
Kelm: But grand elder I want to go to earth.
Vulscof: For the last time, Kelm. NO
Kelm: (blows up the space pod)
Rootaba Vulscof and the grand elder: WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR!?!?!?!?
Kelm: If I can't go to earth, then neither can Rootaba.
Vulscof: KELM YOU TOOK A VOW TO HELP PROTECT THIS PLANET. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?? I KNOW YOU WISH YOU COULD DATE ROOTABA BUT SERIOUSLY THAT WAS NOT NEEDED!!
Kelm: Oh well, I guess Rootaba has to stay here now.
Rootaba: But I can't, and how would you have gotten to earth anyway?
Vulscof: That was my second question.
Kelm: I was hoping that I could ride with you.
Rootaba: I COULD BARELY EVEN FIT IN THAT THING BY MYSELF. HOW IN THE WORLD WOULD BOTH OF US BE ABLE TO FIT IN THERE?????
Vulscof: Kelm, Rootaba needs to be with his people no matter how unpleasant it would seem you need to be here with your people.
Kelm: UUUUGGGGHHHHHH FINE. Yes, Rootaba, I do like you, and I want to be with you.
Rootaba: OK, here's the thing, Kelm. I don't feel the same way.
(Like in a cartoon, we see Kelms heart as it splits in half and drops down to the ground as she runs off crying)
Vulscof: Well, that's over.
Random Army general: COMMANDER VULSCOF.
Vulscof: What is it, Boris?
General Boris: We have received a transmission from Chilled.
Vulscof: And what is it about?
General Boris: Chilled is declaring war on us.
Vulscof: Didn't he learn from last time?
Rootaba: (mentally, didn't Frieza talk about a younger brother named chilled? THAT'S RIGHT HE DID HE SAID HE HAS A TOUNGER BROTHER NAMED CHILLED THAT WAS EQUAL TO FRIEZAS FIRST FORM)
VULSCOF: And how does Chilled plan on beating us?
General Boris: He says he has gotten some new warriors. And I did some looking into them from what I saw it says they can rival the power of the cooler armored squadron and the ginyu force.
Vulscof: It won't matter, then we will lose if they are that powerful.
Rootaba: No, you won't. I'll help. I beat salza on my own. I can help handle them as well.
General Boris: Um, no offense, but you are nowhere near close to even match Guldo of the ginyu force.
Vulscof: Trust me, Rootaba is stronger than me. He can transform and multiply his power by 10.
General Boris: So what we can do the same thing. (Taking another read on the scouter)
Yeah, it's as I thought he's currently in his transformation. Saiyans are weak they don't reach over 5,000, the only saiyan I've met that had a power level over 5,000 was a saiyan named Broly and he was old I'd say he was in his 30s when I met him and he almost destroyed this entire section of the galaxy.
Rootaba: Trust me, a lot of saiyans reach over 5,000 in base power.
General Boris: It's impossible if you really think you are all that tough, then fight me, you will lose.
