Coffee, Tea? Or Me?

Chapter 2

"How's Conner?" Crystal asks. Conner was my boyfriend, but I hated that word. So I used love.

"My love is great," I say hesitantly. I haven't talked to him in two weeks. "How's Luke?" Luke was her love.

"Oh Luke's great! Our date yesterday was great." I was jealous of Crystal and Luke's relationship. "Our one year anniversary is next Thursday. I'm trying to think of something to plan."

I nod and turn to my computer, thinking about texting Conner. I decided I would and picked up my phone.

"Hi love! Wanna hang out soon? I miss you xo" I type and send.

I put my phone and turn back to my computer, finishing my Geometry homework. I was so after I finished. It was 10 after eleven o'clock. I groan, my geometry class was at 7:30.

I put on my pajamas and went to bed

I woke up to my alarm, at 6:00. I picked out a white and grey striped button up and slim grey shirt.

I walked around the campus and got to the showers. I quickly took a shower and dried my hair. I did my makeup and put on my clothes.

When I finished, it was 6:55, so I decided to go get breakfast. In our campus, there was a breakfast buffet, BB Nice, that was extremely close to my geometry class so I decided to go there.

I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, and a glass of orange juice and sat down. I checked my phone and saw Conner hadn't texted back yet.

Maybe he was still getting ready, I thought hopefully.

I finished eating and it was already 7:20. I walked through the crowd of people and made my way to geometry class.
