"I've done it! Mary I've applied!" Isabel cheered, bursting into the flat. Mary was sat at the kitchen table with Freddie drinking tea and helping plan out the little tour the band had in mind.

"What?" Mary asked, looking up. Isabel removed her scarf and jacket and put the small newspaper cutting out on the table. Her cheeks and nose were pink from the cold but a broad grin was plastered on her face.

"I applied for that job!" she exclaimed, strolling into the kitchen and making her own mug of tea. Mary looked confused and Freddie had no idea what was going on. "You know? The police captain's assistant? It's full time and pays really well and- wow I'm just so excited!"

"Police assistant? Wow thats great, bels," Mary said, taking the newspaper clipping and scanning it with her eyes.

"Does that mean no more hungover breakfasts or discounted coffee?" Freddie asked, frowning slightly.

"It mean, no more creepy boss and maybe- Mary we could look for a new flat?" Isabel asked, Mary and Freddie exchanged hesitant glances, "What's up?"

"Um, Isabel, I'm going to move in with Freddie," Mary said, looking a little apologetic.

Isabel was a little taken aback, "Really? That's great for you guys!" she said, trying to be supportive.

"Yeah, um, are you going to be alright?" Mary asked as Isabel took a seat at the table.

"Me? I'll be fine, honestly, if I get this job I'll be able to afford the full rent easily," Isabel said, taking a gulp.

"Your really alright with it? What are you gonna do with my empty room?"

"Well it's too small for anything extravagant so probably nothing maybe just storage," Isabel explained, "Anyways, when are you planning to move out?"

The two exchanged that hesitant glance again, "Well, um, I've kind of already started moving my stuff out I collapsed the bed-frame this morning and really that's the only thing left to sort out and we're going to move it tomorrow, Roger's coming round tomorrow morning to help us," Mary explained, "So I'm just going to sleep on the mattress tonight and I'll be out of your hair by tomorrow afternoon,"

Isabel was stunned, she was glad they were taking this step moving in but she didn't know they were moving so fast, "Oh," was all she could say, the rest of her words caught in her throat. She could see the sympathetic looks on their faces and changed her attitude fast, "Thats great, I'm happy for you guys anyways what's the plan for the tour?" she quickly changed the subject.
