Chapter One - PT 3 - Vex

Vex's pov:

Well today Matt wanted to go to the forest at night, and it seemed fun so this is what we are doing, we also managed to drag Theo along with us! and thats an achievement in itself!

We started to walk into the forest, it looked ominous, like that anything could happen to us at any time but that just made it even more exciting, "Okay, well let's be careful 'cus if you get in trouble I won't come to save your asses" Theo said blandly while Matt started to jog inside the forest, stopping slightly to half yell "I won't, I'm strong!!!", while I had to run to keep up with him "Okay!" I think Theo rolled his eyes at us but we did drag him here so he has us to deal with.

As we started walking and not running I just started showing the two of them videos because I found them funny.
"WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?!?!?" Matt yelled, rather loudly at one video as I just giggled at him. He then ran and got a branch then started threatening me with it, thats normal. Trust me, very normal for him.

"Okay you two, calm down" Theo said, we didn't calm down. "NOOOOWAHHHH, VEXYS BEING A DEMONNN" Matt exclaimed, pointing his stick at me. "SAYS YOU?!?" I replied, in a sort of like questioning and offended tone, if anything he was the demon here, he literally eats rulers!!

"Yeah, I gotta agree with Vex, Matt you are the basic reincarnation of satan himself." Theo said, now sounding like he as enjoying himself here.

"HEHEHE I KNOW!!" Matt replied, making a face at me as I made fun of him. Me, Matt and Theo kept walking around for a bit, Matt was infront of us while me and Theo were in a kinda v formation behind him. He was swinging his stick around like he didn't care if it hit us.

"Matt, is that stick really necessary?" Theo asked kind of sarcastically.
"Well yeah! loads of people have died here and we need protection" He replied smugly. (A/n from Matty who is editing: Didn't say that but cool)

"Of course that's what you care about you satan reincarnate" Theo hissed, putting emphasis on satan.

We kept walking through the forest, I was on my phone so I didn't really hear their bickering as I was wearing cat headphones, which were really loud. Theo kind of zoned off before walking away. Matt told me that we should split up as it started to get boring and we didn't know where Theo had went, so that's what we did. He went one way, and I went to the right.

I was walking through the tall dark trees, full of thick leavs basically blocking most light that wasnt from the moon. My phone was in my hand with the flashlight on as it was quite dark and My Chemical Romance's song 'Mama' was blasting on repeat through my pink cat headphones.

After atleast 10 minutes of walking I stumbled across a large building, like the ones with those fans on top. It looked old and dusty, perfect for a ghost hunt. I wanted to do one of them but didn't say as I didn't want to ruin Matts fun.

I began walking inside the building, it was eerily quiet, I atleast expected to hear like animals but its silent. Thats okay though, it makes it better!! I started to walk again as I stopped in the doorway.

The building inside wasn't actually as bad as it was outside, there was usable furniture, it was kinda clean but it looked like someone was here recently. I'd better make this quick as I dont really want to have to deal with that person. I walked up some stairs leading to a sort of bed area, there were a few mattresses put on the floor, no sheets on them only a blanket. One of them looked like it had a sort of red, thick substance on it.

Probably blood. I leaned down to inspect it.

CLASH.

What was that? Is that the person who was in here last? I need to get out of here. As soon as I stood up I heard heavy footsteps running up the stairs, before hearing some deep voice yell "GET BACK HERE" after me. I looked around quickly until I saw another staircase and bolted up it.

It led to the roof but the door was jammed so I had to climb out of a small window next to it. I ran to the far end, next to one of those big fans with the cover on it. It was running and was quite loud and I couldn't really hear anything over it. I stood next to the fan, thinking I was safe. My music was still blasting and my phone was in my pocket so the person couldn't see the light to give me away. My breathing was picking up as I started to panic again. What if that guy found me. I heard the door be smashed through as that person as obviously gotten onto the roof now as they probably saw me running.

I was scared. What are they gonna do to me? Is Theo okay? I forgot that I was supposed to go find him, I'm such a shit friend. Who even was this person?

As I was panicking I felt my hair be grabbed as I was shoved towards the fan. The person who did it looked like a man, he was like tall but had bad intentions. I looked behind me as tears began streaming down my face, the cover of the fan had been removed and was on the floor. How didn't I hear that?

I screamed, it's the only thing I could do, I screamed for both Matt and Theo.

One of the last things I saw was him shoving me towards the fan as I felt my hair get sucked into the fan and then an excruciating pain in my head. This is the end isn't it. Everything went dark after that. And quiet. The world basically stopped, was I was dead?
