On your days off, you usually go to the library. It helps calm your nerves if your stressed, or just need some time for yourself.
One day, a day off, one of your coworkers, that was also a close friend of yours, came with you to go to the library.
You got there and both went to look through some books, and after finding a few that caught your eye, you two sat down to read and just talk about how your days are going.
After awhile of talking, and reading, you two both decide on one book to check out for awhile. You got up to put some other books back and you weren't paying attention, just as you look up you bumped into someone and dropped a couple books.
"Oh, I'm so sorry I wasn't paying attention" You giggle at your little accident and you look back up to see a boy with medium brown hair, and a very pretty smile on his face. "Oh don't worry, it's okay." He proceeded to hand you your books.
"You come here often?" He says breaking the silence. "Oh yeah, this is my favorite library...I think I've seen you around before." "Well, when's the next time you'll be here?" He slightly tilted his head asking the question.
"I think maybe, next Friday, why do you ask?" A light blush appeared on your face as you smiled at him. "Maybe wanna meet me here next Friday? Possibly get dinner?"
"Oh, yeah actually that sounds really nice.." you look away to hide the redness you feel in your cheeks. "Okay cool, here's my number." He hands you his number. You look at the paper, then back up to him. "Thanks" you smiled.
"Of course, text me." He nodded before walking off to a book section
You turn to your friend who was watching the whole thing, you ran over to her and you both start freaking out.
"No way, he is so cute! I can't believe he asked me, basically on a date!" You squealed looking back at the boy who had basically his full attention on you.
You smiled and waved at him before turning back to your friend, as you both giggle.
