14:50 Wagamamas, Islington
The last couple of days had been a sweat for Yasmin so kindly enough Rykell had suggested to Harry that the four (Ryk, Harry, Romani and Yasmin) should go out for lunch to let the air set and take time off their normal activities. Wagamama was always their go-to, especially when emotions were high.
Time had passed and they had been seated and served, The four sat and talked about life, asking if anything new had been going on in their individual lives.
Harry spoke first. "Been training like crazy, just nice to get some time off my hands and spend it with my girlfriend and two of my little sisters" he smiled as Ryk gave him a small peck on the cheek.
"We're two years apart, but I will let it slide" Yasmin snarled as he gave her a nudge on the shoulder.
As the four continued laughing, Ro stopped for a second as she was startled at what she saw before her eyes. "Don't freak but is that Amelia?". Romani was startled as she took a bite out of her katsu chicken.
And there it was. Amelia sat with a man in a booth at Wagas, what a coincidence she had to be in Islington at the same time as the quad.
What made it worse wasn't the fact she was here with a man, it was the man she was with. Tall and short-haired with grillz that blinged under the roof light. In other words, Fredo.
They looked upset, almost mad at each other, throwing words at each other and shouting. The four didn't know whether to stare or not.
AMELIAS POV
The past couple of days has been difficult for me. Since I told Marv things were over between us, this only made him want me more. So he brang me to wagas to show me how he feels.
"Ami, why can't you understand that I'm better, I'll treat you better, I will let you put your foot down and you'll be my priority" He exclaimed to me
"But Ben does all those things, what makes you think you can do it better" I rolled my eyes at him in confusion.
"I love you Ams, and if this doesn't mean anything then maybe this will" he said as he handed me a black jewellery box.
Looking inside I could see a silver Dior ring that had been on my list of this to be given for ages. "You're proposing?" I questioned, giving him a side glare.
"I'm not that sick, it's a promise ring" he kissed his teeth as he took it out of the box and placed it on her finger. "See, fits perfectly" he smiled at me.
At this moment I didn't think twice. I stood up from my seat and kissed him thoroughly, then wiped the after-lipgloss that I left gently on his lips. The guilt didn't hit me until we had left the restaurant as I felt a weird presence bugging me as if someone was watching.
As soon as the four had finished up and left, Harry had driven the girls to their residences, making sure he stopped at his mums for Ro to get home, Yasmin to get Nyah, time to play with the family dog and for him to see his mum and little sister. Then after all the fuss he and Rykell settled down at home.
As Rykell brushed through Harry's hair, she couldn't help but think about Yasmin knowing she cared so much about Ben. "Do you think she will be okay?" rykell looked sideways towards Harry. "You know she hates when others around her are being hurt".
"Who? Yas?" He questioned. "She will be, she knows to call just in case she does anything she shouldn't" he assured Ryk as they went back to watching their show.
Meanwhile whilst Yasmin sat on her sofa, unimaginable thoughts crossed her mind. She couldn't stop thinking about what she saw earlier that day but she brushed it off so that Nyah wouldn't ask her why the dull face.
