After a while of hanging out, Stuart went home since we have school tomorrow.

I was watching (favorite show) on the TV, until I heard mom call out to me.
"Y/n, can you come here please?" mom asks.
"Coming mom" I say while pausing my show.
I walked into the living room and my mom was sitting on the couch.
"Yes mom" I say.
"Can you go to the grocery store for me, here's the list of stuff that I need you to buy" mom says while handing me the grocery list.
"Ok mom" I say while taking the list.
When I looked at the list, I saw that she needed me to get milk, eggs, cheese, sugar, cookies, chips, and pop.
"Here's some money dear" mom says while handing me the cash.
"Thanks mom, I'll be right back" I say while heading outside.

Luckily, the grocery store wasn't to far from Y/n's house.

Y/n pov
When I entered the store and got a shopping cart, I looked at the list again and started to grocery shop.
After a while of walking, all I needed was the pop and then I'm done.
But while I was heading to the pop isle, I see a familiar face and it was Chelsea.
I made my way towards Chelsea.
"Hi Chelsea" I say.
She turned around and smiled.
"Oh hi Y/n, what a surprise" Chelsea says while smiling.
"I know, so what are you up to?" I ask.
"Just looking for something to make for dinner tonight" says Chelsea.
"Wait, doesn't your parents cook?" I ask in confusion.
"Their never home due to being at work all the time" Chelsea says with a sad look.
"Oh right, I forgotten that you mentioned that before" I say.
"It's ok" Chelsea says with a reassure smile.
Then an idea popped in my head.
"Hey Chelsea, why don't you come over to my house and have dinner with me and my mom" I suggested.
"Really, I can?" Chelsea asks in surprise.
"Sure" I nodded while smiling.
"Ok, that sounds nice" Chelsea says with a small smile.
After I payed for all my groceries, Chelsea helped me carry my stuff.
"Thanks for helping me" I say.
"You're welcome, it's what friends do" Chelsea says while chuckling.

After Y/n and Chelsea made it to Y/n's house, they walked in.

"Mom, I'm back and Chelsea's here to" I called out.
Mom walked in the living room and smiled.
"Hi Y/n and Chelsea what a surprise" mom says while smiling.
"I invited Chelsea to have dinner with us, if that's ok" I explained.
"Of course, but does your parents know you're here Chelsea?" mom asks worryingly.
"Their never home, so don't worry" says Chelsea.
Mom frowned at Chelsea's answer, but nodded.
"Alright, I hope you like lasagna" says mom.
"Oh yeah, I love lasagna" Chelsea says with a big smile.
"Here, I'll get started since you still need to take it easy mom, Chelsea you can look around if you like" I say while putting on my apron.
"Ok, thanks" says Chelsea.
So I began to work on dinner.
A/n: No new chapter tomorrow due to having another busy day.
