Cesar Diaz - Boy next door

Chapter Three

Cesar's POV
I'm telling ruby, jamal and monse how i got promoted in the gang but i stopped talking as i seen Ki walking our way.

She was smiling and waving at us i couldn't keep my eyes off of her and ruby starts talking again but i'm not paying attention "so cesar you just got promoted" kiara snaps me out of my thoughts "oh uh yeah" then i see Olivia walking up to us. "um can one of you guys show me where this class is i'm so lost" she asked confused.

"Yeah of course" kiara says "i'll tag along" i say ruby glares at me but i'm not going for olivia but for ki "hey you have it with me and cesar , you're gonna hate his class he sucks, oh and you have math with ruby and science with jamal".

It's lunch and me and the guys are getting tickets for the dance and i see ki and the girls i wave at kiara and she smiles and waves back.

"Okay i just wanna know where we're meeting" jamal says then we start talking about the dj and i drift into my thoughts. I want to bring kiara as my date but i don't know how she would take it "so we're going as a group this year" i questioned "i guess so unless one of us gets a date but i doubt that" ruby says.

Kiaras POV
I smile and wave at cesar as i hear monse complain about the dance "come on we have to go it's our first dance" i say "no i'm not going" monse says "you have to i literally spent a whole summer at writing camp with you" i say in defense "plus the dances in huston use to be lit" olivia adds "see even olivia wants to go".

Then monse goes on about how dances is just a way you'll get pregnant and it's lame. Blah blah blah we got to the table and ruby starts talking about his colors " we're not going" monse and olivia say in unison " but i thought you wanted you to go" i looked at olivia " me and monse has changed our minds" she fist bumps monse "but why don't you wanna go monse" i pushed and asked her.

She rolls her eyes "because i remembered how lame dances are and plus maybe we're just not in the mood" she states "oh is it your menses?" ruby questioned and I almost spit out my juice. "Her what?" olivia questioned him, "her lady pond has runneth red" he says "her lady pond?" i responded getting annoyed monse and ruby start arguing and me cesar just look at each other and then back at them.

The girls got up and i got up with them i whispered 'sorry' to cesar and he hit ruby on his shoulder as we walked off.

Me, monse, and olivia were walking home and monse starts rambling how we can change our minds and that we'll be going to the dance. I laugh and walk to my house and i call Cesar .

I've just been thinking about him all day and the way he looks at me, the way he's been more affectionate and the way he touches me more, i brush it off and call cesar.

"Hey monse changed her mind about the dance and now we're going cause we can change our minds and blah blah, i'm coming over in 10 so we can go dress shopping and suit shopping , i don't know maybe we can go together..".

I don't know why but i was so scared to ask him to go with me he has a big smile on his face " you asking me to go to the dance? what no poster?" i laugh "i can make you one, but will you go with me?" he smiles ridiculously big and nods "of course i'll see you in 10" i smile and nod and get changed to go over to his house.

(the fit purr)
I walk over to cesar's and see him already on the couch i give oscar a hug and  i drag cesar out the door.

We finally go to the last store and i find the perfect dress and we already got cesar's suit it was a basic black dress but i still loved it

I get home and get dressed quickly me and cesar meet up with everyone else at the place but we find out it was canceled.

I look over at jasmine "what happened" i asked  "the dance got canceled cause of a gun" everyone's all sad and i'm leaning on cesar's shoulder when cesar said that we'll have the party at monse's.

We all get to monses and we're all partying, i was taking a shot with olivia but i wasn't drunk i felt nice when i felt someone grab my hand it was cesar. "Hey wanna chill upstairs" i nodded and grabbed my drink "omg i needed to sit down olivia had me taking shots with her it was to much" i said laying down on the bed.

"So where's my poster" he joked and i pushed him i don't know if it's the alcohol talking but i loved it when it's just me and him alone.

We slowly start getting closer together leaning into each other there was so much tension between us.

Then the door flys open it's monse and olivia drunk monse drags me and tells me to come dance as olivia asked cesar he gets up and grabbed her hand.

I was a bit upset but i kept dancing the night away after the party i went over to cesar's. We chilled with oscar and my brother then i went to his bed as soon as i hit the bed i knocked out and i felt his arms wrap around me.
