8 days I've been locked in this chamber, and I've already figured out how to disarm the spell keeping me locked in here 5 days ago, why did it take so long, I welcomed the 3-day nap, I'm going to need it for what I plan to do. I'm tired of Living this way I'm Leaving Niklaus, It's time I want true love, true happiness

First, the essentials my grimoire along with my mothers and a cloak and I'm on my way if I'm going to get away I need to pack light Nik is not a man to be trifled with I break the spell keeping me in here I step into the hall checking both ways there's a secret passage I just have to make it to Niks chamber he built it for his escape in case Mikel found him-

Nik: Hlengiwe leaving without saying goodbye I thought you loved me?

Hleng: be honest Nik do you believe I didn't say goodbye because I don't love you? I didn't say goodbye because you're a psycho who can't handle the word no and If I told you I was leaving would you let me go honestly?

Nik: I guess we'll never know love you didn't give me the opportunity. Hleng this is an absolute betrayal I can't just let you leave Hlengiwe you are great power I can't have you falling into the wrong hand's sorry love.

As he runs his hands along my cheek so calmly but I know not to be fooled by his calm appearance I know the beast steaming underneath he grabs me by my neck slamming me against the wall mercilessly he bites into my throat with no hesitation just like I thought he would I honestly held hope he actually loved me and would never harm me I was wrong, I cause him an aneurysm and send him to his knees tears streaming down my face 

Hleng: I can't believe you do you have any idea what you've just done Nik I'm leaving you don't get a choice in the matter I am done with you and your entire family I've wasted my years, YEARS Niklaus I'm so sick of your lying and manipulating self-serving conniving monstrous ass.

I step over his aching body and make my way to the passageway 

Nik: YOU WILL NEVER ESCAPE ME HLENGIWE I WILL ALWAYS FIND YOU ALWAYS & FOREVER REMEMBER

I run and I don't look back. Once out of the passage the light touching my skin was the best feeling in a long time I felt free running for days not stopping for rest running I come to a halt reaching a village I did know not where but I have no strength left to even stand upright I fall on the floor into complete utter darkness. 

Waking up I'm in what looks like a cottage I sit up and  what feels like the warmest blanket I've ever touched slips from my body I'm a little startled because I'm naked I look around frantically to find my clothes as soon as I slip on my dress the door swings open a beautiful brown woman walks in

Hleng: Who are you and why was I naked

???: My name is Emily, Emily Bennett and you were covered in mud and wet so I stripped you don't worry I didn't touch your good miss lady

she laughed  I've heard of her Nik spoke of her only I've never seen her until now Elijah's description of her didn't do her justice

Hleng: Just cautious, I've heard a little about you, you're a witch

Emily: Yes and you are pregnant.

Hleng: what?

Emily: What, I thought we were saying things we knew

Hleng: the only difference is your wrong I'm not pregnant I can't be pregnant it's not possible
