First encounter with the BOSS

Y/n: "ye-yess sir" * why am I stuttering, it's just my boss*

Well anyone will be stuttering when their boss is literally looking at them with the sharpest gaze that can cut through someone's soul if it could Right?

Jungkook was mad mad, he was the Ceo of his law firm and his firm was one the most successful and busiest in the country, him being the best lawyer in south korea makes his work pretty hectic for him to handle so having a secretary would help him a little *he thought* but when the same secretary is late on her first day when Jungkook needs her the most then we all know where the story will go on now....

Jk: then i do suppose you were to be here at 7 am sharp, am i right??

Y/n: ye- yes sir. *puts her head down*

Jk: "Then why are you 30 minutes late??There must be a good explanation for you being late on your first day??" He asks in a calm manner while keeping his sharp gaze on her.

Y/n: "i..i... my alarm didn't ring at the time it was supposed to and i woke up late bcz of that-" She was cursing at her alarm and herself for causing this situation.

Jk: "Now do you want me to buy a working alarm clock or a phone for u??"

Y/n: "No..no sir." She didn't dare to look at him bcz she knows her excuse would get anyone mad but what she said was true though, she didn't think her alarm will betray her at such an important day.

Jk: " look me in the eyes when I'm talking to you" his voice was rising with every single word. "People tend to lie the most when they can't look into someone's eyes" he says in rage

Y/n: *looks up at him being anxious*
"Sorry sir" she said.

Jk: " Sorry? For what? For being late? Or for making me wait for you?? Or for taking the position of someone important and responsible which you clearly are NOT?"
He was furious now.

Y/n: "Sorry for everyth-"

Jk: OUT!

Y/n: wha-

Jk: I said get the hell out of here!

Y/n: bu..but sir i-

Jk: i guess u need to check your ears too, get out of my office right now!!

Y/n: wait i-

Jk: *turns around and picks up a file from his table* "I don't have time for this bullsh*t, close the door when u leave" he says and just turns his back at her and continues his work while still angry.

Y/n: "Ok, thank you for at least trying to listen to me and understanding my situation", In anger she turns around and gets ready to leave the office but what she failed to see was his grip tightening around his file.

When she opens the door to leave and shuts it after getting out she suddenly jumps back bcz...

Jin: " so how did it go?" He say with a smile on his face but it drops when he sees her eyes shimmering with tears ready to fall and he can see she is trying to control herself from crying her heart out.

Jin: "Hey, hey, hey, what happened?" He gets near her, ready to cup her face with both hands but she backs off and he stops in his tracks immediately regretting approaching her like that without thinking...

Yn: "No...nothing, just that the boss is very welcoming and treats women with utmost respect, that's all" she exclaimed while getting rid of the unwanted tears with the back of her hand and now rolling her eyes, she is pissed too bcz this boss just got on her nerves in mere seconds. *HOW RUDE* she thought to herself.

Jin: "Did he say something wrong to you? I'm sure he is having a stressful day bcz he has an upcoming case at his hands which is really important for him."

Y/n: " just him disrespecting me and saying I'm not responsible just bcz i was late today bcz my alarm didn't go off at the time it needed to and he didn't even let me finish the whole story bcz he didn't listen to the part where there was a lady who fell down the stairs of my building and i helped her getting to the nearby hospital then running my lungs out to here with the whole traffic on the streets which lead me to running to the company building and almost breaking a leg on the way"

she took a long breath after that bcz she said everything in one breath, well that's how she got everything out all at once and now she feels somewhat relieved that someone knows about the whole story even if they believe it or not.

Jin: "I'm really sorry u had to experience his angry side on your first day, he'll cool down in a few minutes, u just have to wait a little don't worry."

Y/n: "Well i won't get to experience his *normal* side"

Jin: "And why is that?"

Y/n: "Bcz apparently I'm fired before getting to see that side of him" she says with an angry pout and brows furrowed.

Jin was amused with her reaction yet angry at jk for being so impolite to a lady and not giving a chance to explain herself. It was jk's habit now to fire every secretary bcz they would usually focus on him rather than doing actual work but y/n was a different case, jin thought it's irrational to be this rude to someone new to the company and who haven't even had a day to prove her worth in everyone's eyes.

So jin decided to confront jk and make him realize his mistake plus get Y/n her job back.

Jin: "You wait here, I'll talk to him and be back ok"

Y/n: "But he is soo rude, I don't want u to get scolded too" she said with a small pout.

Her words made jin smile bcz jin can see she is a caring person, so he shushes her

Jin: "Don't worry, just wait for me ok? Till then sit in my cabin which is In front of your boss's office, I'll be right back".

Then he went inside leaving Y/n cursing and killing her her new boss aka ex-boss in her mind and then left to sit in Jin's cabin.
