We see y/n basically doing nothing just sitting on the couch

Y/n:I don't wanna go back to school tomorrow it's too soon.....I just hope due to some certain case of events that school doesn't happen.

(Y/n phone rings)

Y/n:huh?(pick ups phone) oh! It's Membrane

Y/n:hey there professor

Membrane:salutations to you too my boy I'm making this call to see if you would be able to look out after the little ones today

Y/n:sure but doesn't foodio usually look after them?

Membrane:foodio is temporarily decommissioned as of today in need of some repairs

Y/n:ooooh ok so what time do you need me over there

Membrane:right now

Y/n:wait wait you mean right now right now?

Membrane:yes

Y/n:..............

Y/n then hanged up

Membrane then heard a ring at the front door

Membrane:(chuckles)oh that y/n never says no to a challenge of endurance(opens door) y/n thank you for accepting this request

Y/n:no problem professor

Membrane:children y/n's here!

Gaz who was currently sitting on the couch playing her game said a simple hey while Dib came running down the stairs almost face planting on the last step much to Gaz unamusement greeted his big brother figure

Dib:y/n it's so good to see you listen I gotta tell you something really important!!!

Membrane:slow down there Dib you don't want to overwhelm y/n with your "very real paranormal  findings"

Y/n:(chuckles) no need to worry I always love listening to the little guy

Membrane:oh that's swell then I'm off with the other two professors remember to behave children

Dib/Gaz:we will!

Membrane then left closing the door

Y/n:so what's the thing you wanted to tell me about little man?

Dib:wait before I tell you can I organize some thing in my room first but it'll take a while

Y/n:take all the time you need

Dib:thanks!(heads up stairs)

Y/n then sat down right next to Gaz waiting for Dib only for Gaz to immediately pause her game.

Gaz:I don't get it?

Y/n:get what?

Gaz:how can you like listening to Dib blabbering on about aliens and other crap........... doesn't it annoy you?

Y/n:(chuckles)well to be real with you I don't understand half the stuff Dib goes on about but I like  seeing how passionate he is about it and it reminds me of how I was when I was younger always going on about being a hero so no I don't find it annoying

Gaz:.............you couldn't just said no there was no need for the corny speech

Y/n: yeah well......I like my speeches

Gaz: right

Y/n:so how you feel about school starting tomorrow?

Gaz:like a empty husk

Y/n:same here.......oh I heard they're releasing a new game slave you uh... planing on buying it?

Gaz:I wasn't able to buy it online they were sold out so I'm going to have to buy it in-store the downside is that I have to get up pretty early for it and make it there before the line starts forming.
