I love you so much but I needed to go.
im sorry honey but I dont know if I will be home in the few weeks I was supposed to.

I sat in the kitchen re-reading and re-reading the words she wrote.

'oh um nothing.'
'how long have you been down here.' he asked
'about an hour.' I say
'why didn't you wake me.' he said
'oh um I wanted to let you sleep but then I seen a letter from my mum. she's away.' I say

I walked up stairs and jere left to his house
I left my hair down because it still had the waves from the ball
