the weird thoughts. (not xunemine related)

So like today I felt Really weird down there and I had an extreme urge to uh.. Yea and it wouldn't stop. It was like acheing but not in a Painful way..and I guess I sorta got a weird urge to uhh..do something weird to myself.. And after eventually of trying to think if off I guess I gave in  And I sorta feel gross
Is this  normal?? 😨
