Chapter 17

I've been in my lab,in Technopolis doing some adjustments to Lenny and working a bit more on my battle suit, Twinkle was drawing next to me,if she gives me another drawing to hang i might as well need a new wall to hang them, Alex and Ruby were looking over my blue prints
"Dude you spend 4 sheets for the Chameleon?"

"Yes,it was a huge project"

"That's actually impressive.."

"I know"

We heard a knock on the lab door, I've opened only to meet with Xavier.

"Xavier."

"Gene, listen"

"I don't have to listen to anything you say anymore Xavier."

As i was about to close the door and go back to my work..but...he said something that made me froze in place

"Your mother is coming back"

"WHAT?!"   I heard my friends shout,i turned around to face Xavier

"What?.."

"She's coming back..and we know you deleted your file,i was the one who retrieved it at your mother's request"

"You little.."

"She wants to meet you"

Before i could say anything i heard Alex and Ruby spoke

"No way matey!"

"Hell no."

"You don't get a say in this!" Xavier shouted

"We get because im his boyfriend and she's his half sister, Gene doesn't want to meet her"

"Can't he say that himself?!"

"He can matey,but as you can see he's processing what you've thrown on him,so we take the lead and we're telling you what he would have told you anyway"

"Gene...you have to talk to your mother"

"Xavier leave."

"Gene-"

"XAVIER I SAID LEAVE!"

"Yes! Leave you big meanie! You can't make Gene mad anymore!" Twinkle said while trying to push Xavier out, she sadly can't,so Alex helped her out and pushed him out then closed the door

"Thanks..."

"No worries matey,your mother can't get to you while we're here!"

"Damn she's thinking about showing up just now? And she wants to 'talk' to you? Nah i don't believe this bitch."

"She is such a mean old hag!"

"Twinkle im so proud of you."

"Thanks Ruby!"

"Gosh i have a headache, let's leave please..'

I went to take my tools, Lenny and my suit, we got out and i locked the lab, I've updated it's security system,no one can get past it besides me and...them...my dorks..i care about them..We drove off towards Kingsland, I'll stay away from Technopolis for now,if something comes up and we need to go to Technopolis I'll just sit it out,i don't want to see her  and i don't  want to deal with her bullshit my head's already spinning i can't have her making things worse for me
Alex doesn't seem to be in the mood to deal with her as well, since ever we left he's kinda fuming..

"Alex?"

"Yes?"

"Are you..ok?"

"Yeah it just, sickens me how mothers leave their children,then come back and expect the kid to forgive them just because they are their parents"

He's right..she left and then she expects me to just forget and forgive?! I wanted to forget...i wanted but i couldn't it's sticking to me until the day i die
Alex keept tell me something,i couldn't figure out what , i have a headache, my vision gets blurry,i think it's the stress..i don't know,i was lost in my thoughts i wasn't paying attention to the road,i snapped out of it when someone pulled the controls

"Gene! God please come back to your senses you almost killed us!" Ruby said, i didn't looked at her instead i was looking at a huge rock i was about to crash into

"Sorry... here, drive" i said as i got up and went to sit on the couch with my head in my hands, can't do this anymore..im too tired my state gets worse as the day goes by..

"Gene.."

I looked up and i could barely see the person, luckily the hints of Blue made me realize who it was, he sat down and i put my head on his shoulder and just stayed there
Im getting weaker and weaker it's killing me... why did she even come back?...
