History: Henry Brian McMillan was born in Phoenix, Arizona on April 11, 1997 to Stacy (born Swanson) and Craig McMillan at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. On May 24, 2009, Henry was in a skateboarding accident involving two cars and a bicycle. He was severely injured and was in the hospital for 2 months with a major concussion and damaged lungs, among other injuries. It was determined that Henry would be released from care on the 7 of August of the same year. Sadly, on July 31, a week before Henry was to be sent home, he died of unknown causes. He was buried on August 14, two weeks later.
This was all news to me. Also, half the information on this page was wrong. My birthday was January 25, and I was born right here in San Francisco! Reading this made me wonder why in the world I had listened to Robin. I mean, she crawled into my room through my window and told me insane stories! Why should I believe her? The file intrigued me though, so I decided to continue reading.

Project Phoenix briefing : Henry Everett
Henry Brian McMillan was taken from the Phoenix Indian Medical Center on July 31 1997 after he was pronounced dead. A toxin called Toxin Paralax was given to Henry by his doctor. This toxin results in total paralysis and slows your pulse down so it impossible to detect. The world was successfully convinced of his death.
A mind wipe was preformed so that Henry would not remember his life before. This mind wipe was preformed twice because the boy partially awoke from paralysis while Dr Micheals was convincing Stacy McMillan that Henry McMillan was dead. The side affects of a mind wipe are very slim and it does not appear that Henry has developed any of them.
Henry was given to Tricia Dubord and Samuel Darcy. A memory implant was put in the minds of both Mr and Mrs Darcy and Henry. The memory implant told them, among other things, that they were the Everett family that had lived in San Francisco for years. Memories of marriage and falling in love were given to Tricia and Samuel, and memories of growing up in San Francisco with his parents were given to Henry. A bit of the chemical that causes the memory implant was put in the water of the town, so the people of the town recalled the Everett family living there. This memory implant was the largest memory implant ever done successfully.
Before he became Henry Everett, several mutation experiments were preformed on Henry, the details of which are not explained in this briefing. Henry's strength was mutated by tenfold. He also has heightened senses of sight and hearing.
As the Everett's have no idea what is going on behind the scenes and are not aware of our organisation, Arthur Moore is posing as Henry's school guidance councilor. Moore will report back to HQ every 5 days on the progress of Henry Everett.

Henry Everett has shown no sign of his mutated abilities, it is suspected that if his mutations are not a failure, they will begin to show at age 15.
