It sounds weird but hopefully it works out
Dean: He'll walk or run up to you, wrap his arms around your waist and kiss you on the lips for a long time, while your hands are around his neck (not strangling him).
Sam: He'll lifts you up and spins you around while you giggle, then once he sets you down he kisses your forehead. You put you head against his chest and put your arms around him.
Castiel: You have to hug him because he doesn't understand the concept of greetings like that. He'll hug you back and you stay that way for several seconds then he kisses you on the cheek.
