At nine Katsuki Bakugou knew he loved the little four year old, Izuku Midoriya. He would shower the younger male with gifts and affection. The towns people hated that their future king was interested in a little farm boy. The blonde didn't care about what people said, he will have the greenette rule beside him one day. He did take the little farm boy to the castle once in a while but he enjoyed playing in the forest with the little boy. Izuku was just amazing as he grew up. Sadly the blonde had to leave to fight in a war since he was strong.
He had to leave the boy at age nine and he hadn't come back until the young boy was nearly seventeen. He was twenty two now. He left for so long because the war took about three years to end and Katsuki was asked to help restore the area with his men. When the town's people heard their powerful prince was returning people started to prepare for a festival. Single maidens got dressed in their most expensive dresses, the rest of the town prepared the Prince's favourite things from food to weapons made from scratch.
The greenette knew how to make swords now but even then he prefered either combat training or gardening. The day of the Prince's arrival was in two days. His mother, Inko and his younger sister, Izumi visited Izuku's cottage and talked about him selling either weapons or flowers to the prince. The male didn't really care for the prince in all honesty. Yes, he is thankful for him going and fighting in war but does the Prince really effect him? No the answer is no. He hates how every woman wants to apply makeup and wear puffy, fancy dresses.
Normally the girls in town wouldn't even bother with makeup and would just wear their working dresses. His little sister is currently thirteen years old but Inko plans for her to get married to Katsuki. She just needs Izumi to meet the prince and talk with him. It would be super hard to say the least. Izuku decided that he'd "sell" flowers to the prince since he didn't want to make weapons for him. He started to get ready for the festival by picking flowers and setting up a stand to sell his flowers. He hoped the prince wouldn't even give him a glance.
Musicians started to play their instruments as the prince rode his horse along the stone path. He looked around for his greenette. After a while he saw his stand of flowers. With a smile he got off his horse and started to walk towards Izuku. Emerald eyes widen as he saw Crimson ones stare into his eyes. Izuku gulped before speaking in a nervous tone.
•Izu : G-greetings Prince K-Katsuki, would y-you like to b-buy some of my f-flowers?
•Kat : I would love to. I would also love to take you with me.
•Izu : E-eh?! Ah- dear prince I apologize if I've upset you! *bows*
•Kat : *chuckles* How much for the whole stand?
•Izu : Excuse me?! I- uhm-
•Kat : *takes out a small brown bag* How much?
•Izu : ... ____ gold coins
•Kat : *pays* Now you need to help me take the flowers to the castle.
•Izu : A-as you wish. I shall bring the flowers a bit later.
•Kat : *nods* I shall see you soon *heads back to his horse and walks to the castle with it.
•Inko : Izuku since when had you known the prince?
•Izu : I-I haven't that's the thing...
Eijiro looked at the blonde as he was getting ready for the ball hosted for his arrival. Katsuki seemed very happy which was odd for him to see. The blonde started to talk about 'his love' yet again saying how beautiful he looked and how shy he still seemed. Eijiro knew that Katsuki had a lover but it was still so odd to see him all giddy and excited. The red haired male just stood their waiting for the prince to get ready. There was a sudden knock on the double dark wood doors. Kirishima answered the door as fast as possible.
•Kiri : Yes?
•Den : There is a boy that is standing by the gate with flowers. He claims to of sold them to the prince.
•Kat : *leaves the room with a smile on his face*
The two knights look at each other with confused faces. They follow behind the prince as he walks outside. The blonde saw the greenette looking nervous while having lots of flowers with him. The sight of the emerald eyed beauty had the prince in a daze. He got to the gate. The two guards by the gate open it wide enough for the prince and the two knights to walk through.
Katsuki grabbed some flowers in one had and held Izuku's free hand. The two knights took the rest of the flowers in vases. Izuku internally panicked as he was led by the prince to the main hall. Once all got there Izuku placed the flowers on an empty table. Katsuki still held Izuku's hand. The greenette wanted to let the Prince's hand go but he doesn't plan on being beheaded. The blonde walked over to his parents with Izuku still in hand. The King and Queen smiled as they saw Katsuki look proud.
•Kat : Old man and Hag this is Izuku Midoriya, my lover.
•Izu : 💭HOW THE HELL DOES HE KNOW MY NAME?!💭 U-uhm nice to meet you my King and Queen *bows*
•Mit : No need to bow dear. You are apart of the family after all. I see you are still wearing your proposal necklace.
•Mas : Oh yes. It looks wonderful on you Izuku. We do apologize in advance about Katsuki's attitude.
•Kat : Tch. Shut it old man. I'll treat my Queen wonderfully. He will love staying here.
•Izu : I-I should get going. It was l-lovely to meet you all.
Izuku got ready to leave but Katsuki stopped him. He dragged Izuku to his room and called some maidens to take Izuku's measurements
