The Hole

Part 11 - The Dumb Decision

- Will I leave Reuben? Never! I'm not leaving him there! Red mumbles to himself.
He is sitting in the other tab. It's been hours since the argument and it is getting late.
- What if I just go rescue Reuben myself, it can't be that dangerous, can it?
He gets up and closes the tab he is in. No one is outside. Everyone must be discussing plans. Quietly he sneaks past the house towards the hole.
- I'm saving Reuben, no matter how dangerous it is.
With that he takes a step into the hole. It feels weird but before he even blinks he is in a dark laboratory lobby. The walls are adorned with lime banners. The walls are dark but it still feels light in the room. The floor is covered in black marble.
- What is this place? He asks himself.
- Let's do something tonight, to scare them! A soft, female voice says.
It comes from the other room on Red's right. He pushes himself against the wall and  eavesdrops on the conversation.
- You're right, Neon Pink, but I need potions for that.. A dark, male voice replies.
- Lime, you know I have a full gallery of potions! Here, take this, It's a sleeping potion. It makes them sleep for around 2-3 days! Also have a weakness potion if something happens, use the sleeping one on that blue one, he is good with potions, i saw them today.. Neon Pink says.
- Thank you, Neon Pink, you really are a good helper, come on, you should come with me.. Lime answers.
He hears steps and quickly sneaks to the other room beside him. The steps stop but he stays there. The room also connects with the room Neon Pink and Lime were in.
- You coming, Neon Pink? Lime asks.
Suddenly he accidentally steps on something and trips, right into the room where Lime and Neon Pink.
- Oh well, looks like we have someone else to take care of tonight instead! Lime says with a grin on his face, as he throws the weakness potion on him.
