Nenanderthal (2 months later)

It was a usual day at camp green lake digging disgusting tortilla and food the only thing off was barfbag acting extra depressed than usual he wasn't talking like at all

I tried talking to him but he would reply with a simple ye or just stay silent

I walked over to zigzag "do ya know why barfbags actin so depressed?"

"Dunno he been like that ever since yesterday"he relied whilst getting to our usual digging spots

Then around 2 and a half hours later we saw a rattle snake

"Look it's a rattler"squid said but unusually barfbag didn't finish the phrase of instead he sat in his hole and got out one foot with no shoe and he was walking towards the rattle snake

"Barfbag what you doing"
"Barfbag get back here" is what everyone said until all we heard was his screams

After around an hour the ambulance put him on the stretcher and drove him away

No one really said anything for the rest of the time digging but at dinner we somehow all forgot about him and started arguing about witch show is the best

The next day instead of the usual setting of the camp after digging there was a yellow school bus with a curly haired boy who was with mom(because my mother has the mum title)

"Who's that with mom?" I asked squid because I was with squid armpit and x-ray

"Dunno let's go ask him" he replied throwing his shovel on the ground were I had thrown it

"Eyy ma who this Neanderthal"

"This here is Stanley ,Stanley this is rex Alan Theodore and elana"

"My name's not rex it's x-ray and there squid armpit and firefly"

"They all have there little nicknames but I prefer to call them by the names there parents gave them and the names society will recognise them by, let's go inside"mom said to the boy

"Theodore will be your mentor Stanley" mom said

"Yah man whatever dude" armpit replied

"Ok I'll leave for you to get to know each other" mom said whilst leaving

"Um why are you here Elena ,yk this is an all boys camp" Stanley said nervously

" what gave it away and my name isn't Elena?"I said coldly

All the boys laughed at my remark

Some of the boys went to the wreck room (yes it's spelled like that in the movie) whilst I joined zigzag ,squid , magnet  and armpit stayed outside near the boys showers

"Man your so lucky that you get to shower in the wardens cabin you get warm water there whilst we freeze in those showers" magnet said pointing to the boys showers

"Ye it is very nice and I use her expensive stuff and she hasn't even noticed" I said I'm a quieter tone in case of any counselers  Were around until the new kid jogged up to us saying "hey Theodore is there a place we're I can fill my canteen?" He asked out of breath from running like 2 meters

Armpit pulled him into a headlock so he could smell his armpit "my names not Theodore it's armpit" he said whilst throwing him on the ground

"There's a water spigot over there" he finally answered the question

"Why you gotta be so mean pit" squid asked
" I'm his mentor"

I was walking next to zigzag "did you see how out of breath he was from. Jogging like 2 metres !"
