When a mission goes horribly wrong and Y/n seemingly gets killed Team RWBY were forced to leave his body from overwhelming numbers of Grimm, but after Y/n was left surrounded by dead Grimm and bleeding out he is taken by a mysterious group and later...
As the moon was at its apex in the sky a village was seen within a forest with its villagers all panicking and Grimm rampaging through it, but luck was on the village's side as a Bullhead would soon fly into view and land in the middle of the village before some Atlas soldiers and Team RWBY. But they weren't alone as a boy with ginger hair and red eyes was with RWBY and as they all fought and killed the rampaging grimm horde he'd use a weapon that can turn into a Tommy gun or a double sided axe to either turn the grimm into Swiss cheese or chop them in half and yell timber, and this boy's name was Y/n. As Atlas evacuated the Villagers and RWBY along with Y/n fended off the Grimm horde more and more kept coming and pushing them back which caused the bullhead to prepare for emergency making the soldiers, Y/n and RWBY to all panic and rush to the bullhead
Weiss: "Hurry, get to the bullhead!"
Weiss would shout as they all ran to the bullhead and hopped on, but Y/n was still making his way to the bullhead while unloading bullets into the horde, the Grimm seemingly growing in numbers by he second
Ruby: "Y/n, come on! Get to the bullhead!"
Ruby begged as Y/n ran toward the bullhead while it began lifting up into the air before jumping up and grabbing Ruby's hand with the four girls trying to pull him up, but unfortunately as he jumped up so did an Ursa and five beowolves and they grabbed Y/n's legs in an attempt to pull him down from the bullhead. More and more Grimm were grabbing onto Y/n's legs causing the bullhead to be weight down while Ruby, yang, Weiss and Blake all desperately tried pulling him into the ship, but Y/n looked down at the Grimm before suddenly letting go of Ruby's hand causing him to fall down to the Grimm while he held his axe and began chopping them to bits while Ruby cried out his name as the bullhead door closed and the ship flew off. Yang's eyes became a fiery red as she demanded the ship be turned around to save him but soon they all just cried together at the loss of Y/n. Meanwhile about an hour after the ship had left hundreds of dead Grimm laid around while in the middle Y/n was seen bleeding out and near death, and as he began losing consciousness he saw a figure through his blurry vision. The figure said something that Y/n couldn't hear as he soon fell unconscious as the muffled sounds of a bullhead flying down were heard
*time skip*
Y/n would soon wake up slowly as he regained his senses and looked around before seeing he was in some sort of lab filled with test tubes with weird Goo in them as well as tools for experiments and surgical procedures, but as he tried to leave Y/n discovered he was strapped to an operating table with his arms spread out a little. Y/n would try to pry his arms out of the straps binding him to the table but was unable to as he yelled out in frustration, only for a large metal door to open letting a group of people wearing yellow hazmat suits to walk in while one with a blue hazmat suit followed behind carrying a syringe with red goo inside it
