Chapter 6: Hunter

"Or it makes you stronger. Makes you fight for those you love and care for."

I woke up and got in my outfit for the day. A tight black long-sleeved shirt tucked into my olive green cargo pants. I put my weapons on along with my combat boots and green puffer jacket.

We were standing in front of the doors.

"Come back safe and sound." Everyone was hugging their friends or loved ones. Bora came up to me. I knelt down.

"You may not be my mommy but you rescued me and saved me. I want you to come back home to me and oppas." She said. I nodded.

"I will princess. Stay with oppas okay?" She smiled and kissed my cheek. I looked at the boys as she ran to them. I stood up.

"Take care of her oppa."

"I will." Joon said. We left and ran. We ran for about 30 minutes to the next city.

"We will be staying here today and coming back tonight so be careful. Me, Sooyoung, and Jin-ho will grab food. Soojin will be getting weapons with Seongmin and Ji-Hyun. Sangjoon will be getting clothes with the rest of you." Jungwo said. We left our separate ways. We got to a grocery store.

"We can't go in this way. There are too many. We have to find another way in." I said.

"No we can fight the zombies."

"And risk one of us getting killed. No" I looked at Jungwo.

"I'm the leader so you listen to me. We are doing this to help you get better. Now let's go." I rolled my eyes as we went in and started killing the zombies. I killed mine and seen Jin-ho struggling. I threw my knife to the zombies head. It fell down. I ran grabbing the knife and stabbing another zombie. I got separated because there was to much zombies. I ran to hide and someone grabbed me, covering my mouth.

"It's just me." Jungwo said. I calmed down.

"Oh thank god." I said. I took out a flare and threw it towards a section and heard zombies run over. We ran but I got hit in the head. I turned to see Jungwo smirking. He knocked a shelf down and it landed on me. I screamed. I seen him run. I was covered in the shelf. My bag was further down from my reach. I panicked. It became dark and quiet. I soon fell asleep.

□Jungwo's POV□

I ran to find Jin-ho. We ran out to the meet area at 8pm.

"Where is Sooyoung?" I fell to the floor.

"I shouldn't have brought her. It's all my fault."

"Where is Sooyoung?" Ji-Hyun asked.

"We got separated and I heard a crash and scream. I ran to see zombies eating her. If I didn't bring her, she would be safe." I was acting sad and guilty.

"Oh no." Soojin said. We started running back to the camp. They opened the doors. We got inside. They came to us.

"Where is Sooyoung?" I looked to see her friends and the little girl.

"She didn't make it."

"No. It's not true!" Yoongi yelled.

"No mommy can't be gone." The girl said.

"You did this!" Jungkook came towards me but he got held back.

"I'm so sorry." I said.

"Bull shit! You got her killed!" Jungkook yelled.

"How did she die?" Haneul asked.

"We got separated when I heard a crash along with a scream. I ran to see a shelf on top of Sooyoung and zombies eating her. If I never got angry over a stupid position and brought her out there, she would be alive. I'm so sorry." I said.
