Kid's ward

Scene continues from the last chapter

Aarohi arrives in Abhimanyu's cabin with the remaining reports ,she puts the reports on the table.

"Abhimanyu ye baaki ke reports hai dekh lo"...... said Aarohi.

Abhimanyu stares at Aarohi, then she realise & said " I'm sorry sir!!".

Abhimanyu smirk while picked up the report from the table then he starts cheking each data one by one. On other hand, Aarohi picks up the water bottle from the table and sits in front of him & starts scrolling on her phone. After a few minutes, Abhimanyu's gaze turns towards Aarohi. He sees that she is busy with her phone.

"Mam aapke liye kuch mangwaun kya chai biscuits ya kuch aur??"...... said Abhimanyu in taunting tone.

"Mujhe coffee chahiye".......said Aarohi without realising, then take a sip of water & turns towards Abhimanyu & suddenly in shock water slip out her mouth.

"Tum na mere cabin ka kachra karke rahogi"....... said Abhimanyu while clenching his teeth.

"I'm sorry sir"........ said Aarohi.

"Kya sorry ye sab saaf Karo & chalo baaki ke kaam bhi niptane hai , yaha tumhe chai coffee pine ke kaam nhi mile hai".......said Abhimanyu.

" Ok sir & sorry sir"......... said Aarohi.

"Thik hai , ye sb saaf karke 1st floor ke corridor me Mera wait karna baaki ka kaam Mai wahi bataunga"...... Abhimanyu said & leave the cabin.

"Kya Aaru humesha garbar kar deti hai tu  Aisa chalta raha to doctor nhi but iska nokar jarur ban jaungi "...... Aarohi said to herself while cleaning desk .

"Aap mujhe baaki ka kaam batane wale the?" Asked Aarohi to Abhimanyu.

"Ha wo aaj tumhara first day hai maine socha tumhe sirf easy kaam doon, isliye tumhe ab kids ward me jaake saare bachchon ka checkup karna h & medicines dene hai" said Abhimanyu.

Abhimanyu looks at Aarohi & said "tumhe koi problem nahi h n?"

Aarohi didn't say anything just shake her head in negative.

"Good koi problem honi bhi nhi chahiye" Said Abhimanyu.

Then they entered kid's ward and Aarohi says to herself in a low voice "ye log mujhe kaate  ge to nhi"  which is audible to Abhimanyu & he replies "Ghabrao nhi wo bachhe hai Aarohi Goenka nhi jo kaatne lage". Aarohi doesn't say anything, just stares angrily at him.

Aarohi goes to checkup the kids,but the kids don't let their checkup happen. Some children start crying and some start running from here to there. If Aarohi pacifies one, the other starts crying, if she catches one, the other starts running away. Then Aarohi's gaze shifted on Abhimanyu who was enjoying this scenario. " I know isne jaan ke mujhe ye kaam diya hai" Aarohi thoughts. After a while Aarohi gets an idea and she says to the kids "Aaj main aap log ka checkup nhi karungi". Abhimanyu thoughts "yeh kya bol rahi?". Aarohi says "Aaj doctor uncle apko story sunayenge". All the kids get happy and start shouting "story story".

Aarohi said to Abhimanyu "Sir tell the story to these kids". Abhimanyu says "Mai kaise story sunao mujhe to koi story nhi aati hai". Then Aarohi says "kuch bhi suna dijiye nhi to ye log check-up nhi karwayenge". Abhimanyu says "checkup karna tumhara problem hai tumhe ye kaam mila hai". Aarohi says "but ye problem apka bhi ho gya hai kyuki inn sab ko ab story bhi Sunni hai wo bhi aapse ". Abhimanyu says"okay".

Abhimanyu starts narrating the story "Ek   Ghana jungle tha usme ek Aadmi bhi tha "  kids asks "fir kya hua??". Abhimanyu says " Wo chalne lga". Kids asks again " Aage?". Abhimanyu says " wo chal raha hai". Kids asked "ooh uske baad kya hua?". Abhimanyu answers " wo abhi chal raha hai ". Kids asks "wo kab tak chalega?" Abhimanyu answers "jab tak wo thak nahi jata". Kids asks again "wo kab tak nhi thakega?". Abhimanyu says "jab tak wo chalega".

When all the children's attention was on the story, Aarohi started everyone's checkup.

Kids says "uncle aage kya hua". Abhimanyu says "usse chalte chalte main road dikha , wo road pe aaya , bus ka wait Kiya aur use bus mil gyi to wo bus pe baith ke apne ghar chala gya". Kids asks "uske baad?". Abhimanyu replies "Ghar jaake wo khana khaaya aur soo gya. Story khatm!! Ab tumlog bhi so jaao ".

Abhimanyu & Aarohi leave the kids ward after doing all their chores.

Aarohi asks "Sir aur koi kaam hai?". Abhimanyu replies "Nhi aaj ka kaam khatam ho gya hai tum ye reports mujhe dedo & ab tum Ghar chali jaao raat hone waali hai baaki ka kaam kal dekh lenge". Aarohi says "okay sir" and she leaves.
