Ethan

He wouldn't want to kill you. Would hold you and cry until the moment you turned and would probably end up killing you after you turned because he couldn't stand to see you that way.

Or- based on your wishes (kill you or let you live as a zombie) he'd do exactly as you wished.

Zion

Would scold you, unsure how to feel. He'd feel angry at himself for letting this happen but it would come out as him being upset with you and everyone around you two. He'd be completely broken. He wouldn't want to let you suffer. If you allowed him to he'd kill you before you turn so you don't have to feel becoming a zombie. He'd do it fast and painless, probably with a gun if they have it. He'd just want you to feel as little pain as possible. He wouldn't cry until after, covering it with anger or he'd cry at the very end just as you're gone.

Lawrence

He would not kill you. He'd probably be in denial and act as though you'll be completely fine, but he's spiralling on the inside because he'd blame himself for not being able to protect you. He'd chain you up somewhere safe, where nobody could kill you, he'd kill people and feed them to you if he had to. In the meantime he'd try to make a cure to bring you back. If he can't do it he'd either keep you that way with him forever or he'd lock himself up with you and let you turn him so you can be together even as zombies.

Harry

He'd be so broken but he wouldn't be able to kill you. He'd constantly be telling you everything will be alright and hold your hand while you turn, then let you go. He'd cry every time he thinks about you and probably wouldn't want to love again.

Eugene

He'd be stressed out, cursing, unsure what to do. He'd probably do whatever you wished but would want to kill you so you don't suffer. Would stay by your side the entire time and try not to cry until after you passed, but he'd probably fail towards the end, ending up in tears.
