Avatar: Tamia's way of life

Beyond the reef

A few more days passed of being in the Metkayina clan and Tamia started to realize how the Na'vi's were picking on her family members for no reason and calling them demons because they had four fingers. Tamia didn't see them as demons because that was her family and she had four fingers too or at least on one hand but she never got picked on for it, something was different. Tamia had also started spending more time with Rotxo, Neteyam, and Tuk that also meant teaching them her ways of swimming and deep sea diving.

Over the time, she had also been realizing how much she was growing and learning from actually being in the ocean and it was perfect. Tamia tend to stay deep underwater whenever she went alone but while with the others then she would have no choice but to be with them especially since her family kept a good eye on her now. "Dad! It's okay now! I'm here and everything is fine so why won't you let me go off alone?" Tamia would ask "because... We might loose you again so just stay with your siblings for now" Jake would reply.

Tamia was laying on the sand, her hair was actually buried in the sand to where you couldn't see it but then Meaghan came over to her and smiled. "What ya doing?" Meaghan asked "nothing, just watching the sky" Tamia replied and Meaghan decided to stay behind Tamia in the water. Tamia and Meaghan started to have a good laugh when the chief's son Aonung came over with his friend Rotxo and started picking on Tamia. "Hey Na'vi girl! Are you some sort of freak?" Aonung asked "she is not a freak!" Meaghan yelled, she got up and growled at Aonung "well what's with your skin? That's not what a real Metkayina Na'vi has" Aonung laughed "my skin is perfectly fine!" Meaghan argued then Tamia sat up, more than half of her hair was still in the sand.

"What are you even doing? Got your hair caught in sand?" Aonung asked "want to see something cool?" Tamia asked, she had a devilish smirk as well "alright, let's see what you can do and that is if you can do anything!" Aonung laughed. Tamia smiled then laid back down, her hair sunk deeper into the sand and Aonung began to laugh even louder until something bit him and her screeched in pain. "The fuck was that!" He yelled "dude, look down" Rotxo informed him and Aonung looked to see a huge fucking lobster that had grabbed ahold of his leg. "The fuck..." Aonung whispered then he dropped to the ground unconscious "what the hell!" Meaghan said "don't worry about it, the lobster knows what their doing" Tamia said. Rotxo looked down at the lobster and saw a needle attached to the lobsters left claw then it dug itself back under the sand.

Tamia yawned then stretched, she told Rotxo to take his pity friend home while she went home to relax. Meaghan helped Rotxo carry Aonung back to his father and mother while Tamia dived into the water as soon as the coast was clear, she wasn't going home but going out by herself again. Tamia soon found an ilu and it seemed to enjoy her as it swam around her in circles then licked her face with it's tongue. Tamia giggled then got onto the ilu's back and got one of her long braids, it opened up and long pink tentacles came out then connected to the ilu to make a bond with it. The ilu soon took off and Tamia held on tight although she didn't know where it was taking her.

The ilu was taking Tamia all around the place until finally it had taken her to the harsh waters where the waves were rough. Tamia continued to hold on until the ilu stopped and Tamia looked up to see an Akula... Akula's are one of the many dangers outside the reef... The Akula chased after Tamia and her ilu but the ilu was much faster and went through the spiraling corals to catch it off guard, Tamia was looking around to see where the Akula was but it left. The ilu informed Tamia that it had left but was still around so instead of leaving it alone, Tamia wanted to search for it so she took her ilu through the coral again and heard the Akula chomping it's jaws at the coral. Tamia saw someone inside and looked a little closer to see a blue Na'vi but it wasn't just any blue Na'vi, Lo'ak was trapped and the Akula was trying to eat him.

Tamia was enraged, she didn't want the Akula eating her brother so the ilu swam towards the Akula to lead it away. The Akula chased after them once again as Lo'ak carefully tried to get out of the coral but he caught the Akula's attention again and Lo'ak was loosing oxygen fast. Tamia tried to get the Akula's attention but something crashed into it and started eating it alive so the ilu fled with Tamia but Lo'ak was still out there... The ilu stopped again and Tamia looked up to see a Metkayina Na'vi with an ilu as well. The Na'vi and their ilu swam closer to Tamia and then they were face to face with each other until they both realized who they were looking at.
